"Overall experience was excellent. Anthony (The Owner) came out the same day that I initially called to express my concerns about lights "flickering" in multiple rooms. Anthony's troubleshooting skills lead him to believe that I had moisture/ water getting in behind my breakers in my main panel. Anthony and his helper Brian came out on the scheduled day to do the work even though it was raining, snowing and sleeting. They ran a new service wire to my meter, then from my meter to my panel, they replaced the panel and all the breakers and when they powered it back on everything was flawless. They did a amazing job, their work was very clean and professional. Anthony was here the entire time also which is not always the case when you pay to have a job done. Anthony takes great pride in the work he does and has been doing electric repairs for residential, commercial and intustrial for a very long time. "Electrical work was done well in advance of the roofing job.  Electrician returned at the end of the ice melting cable installation job to make an alteration to the outlets which was a decision made during the roofing and installation job.  Electrician was very neat and accomodating.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Paul and his assistant were prompt, and professional.  They were attentive to all the details of the job and discussed options with me.  Paul is a master at plaster work and the ceiling was beautifully repaired.  Josh is a meticulous painter.  I appreciated their prompt and courteous manner.  They also were committed to being clean and left everything in great shape when they left.  I hired them for additional work including wall paper removal and kitchen painting, which was a tedious and messy job, but again done very well and within one day.   They went above and beyond repainting some trim areas and doors not originally scoped. I appreciated that respect for the quality of the total job.  We will be hiring them again for more painting work next month.

"We had a massive leak in the shower of the guest bathroom. Since plumbing was one of the systems covered by our warranty with choice, I went on-line and filed a claim. I git an immediate response assigning me a claim number for reference and later that day received an appointment notice....GREAT customer service. The plumber arrived, at the time specified, and was immediately able to pin point the problem. (a defective shower cartridge) I have used Choice Home Warranty multiple times as my home ages and they pay for the replacement parts if needed. My "deductible" is a $45 fixed rate for the service call, no matter how long, or complicated the repair is. I absolutely am delighted with the customer service, fast response, low cost of a service visit, and NO surprises, or "fine print" excuses regarding coverage. They provide a list, in writing, of what is covered and what is not and do not deviate so I make sure my problem is on the list before filing a claim."
