"Overall, we are not convinced that this installation was worth the cost or disruption and the experience did not meet the expectations we had based on our conversations with the sales rep. While an interior waterproofing system made a lot of sense to address our issues, once work started, it was clear that our house already had an underdrain system in place, but the crew continued demolition and installation. As part of the work, Stay Dry required replacement of our one-year-old sump pump (and battery backup) with their system and charged extra for the battery backup. The crew worked quickly, but caused some unnecessary damage to our finished basement walls and the concrete finish was less smooth than expected. The third star is provided for the follow-up visit by their customer service team to clean up some of those shortcomings."

"Sales person was professional and prompt. His recommendations were accurate and I have not had a problem with water in the basement since the installation. He was correct with the scope of work. The installation took several days based upon not having enough bodies to do the pvc ditch work; hence the C rating on punctuality. HOWEVER, the young man who did do the digging was EXTREMELY professional and did a great job. It has taken me months to do this survey, but HE was the highlight of the work and I was very pleased with how his curtsy and diligent work. Gutters were good, but the crew had to come back once for caulk that was mis-applied and caused leaking in two joints. My service rep was very good as well. She responded to my calls and concerns right away and ensured crews came back. All and all, very good employees (esp. the man who put in the pvc drainage), but the fact crews had to come back on several occasions made the job frustrating."

"It went smoothly exactly as Paul described the job. His crew installed a sump pump and ensured in drained to the curb. The crew replaced the drain run to the curb and dug around the existing bushes. The crew also connected the the roof downspout to the run to the curb.The crew installed a perforated pipe in a trench which created a floating basement floor on 3 sides of the basement. (the 4th wall was not necessary since was an interior wall.) They concreted over the pipe with a gap to the wall. they repaired and painted the basement walls."
