"Went with Manfredia's again! Ran into a problem with the garage roof an a major leak but Manfreida's came through with flying colors. After I put in my call the owner was out to do the estimate for me the same week an even did a little extra by taking down some mushrooms ( ewwww) that had been lurking where the leak had been particularly bad. In order to save my otherwise perfectly good, very full, garage they were even able to fit me into the schedule the following week to get the roof ripped off, re-decked and water tight before an upcoming storm. What a life saver! The crew that came out was very nice and worked swiftly, over all the job took less then three days to complete. They even replaced a small part on the back of the roof that had rotted and replaced all the trim sections with pvc so the carpenter bees wont be be making any more holes! Everything came out wonderfully I enjoy seeing it every time I pull into the driveway. I love working with Manfredia's and will DEFIANTLY be calling again for my next project. Thanks!!"

"I highly recommend Fabiano's Construction. Our experience with him was fantastic from beginning to end. The project was to restore and replace the exterior window frames of our 1830 Trinity. The previous owners had installed new windows on the inside but left the old ones outside for beauty. Many of these old windows were completely rotten at the bottom, barely holding the small panes of glass together. We got three estimates. One builder wanted to replace the old windows with a second set of new ones. Another was going to patch them up with wood filler. Fabiano was the only one who was willing to actually restore them, using green wood for the parts that were beyond salvaging. It was precision carpentry work requiring problem-solving ingenuity. The new frames and sills are green wood plus Azek (PVC), so they should last forever. Although more major restoration was necessary than foreseen, Fabiano and his crew—his son Will and assistant Simon—still finished the job in the predicted time. They were careful, focused, hard-working, and also really nice, honest people. It was a pleasure to meet them, and the result is a stunning improvement to our house both inside and out. Fabiano is responsive and friendly, an expert who takes pride in his work. Incredibly, his price was the lowest the three. We plan to hire him for another project."

We used them for a large job to frame, drywall, spackle and trim the attic plus fit doors for storage spaces. "Matt, the owner, was on time, worked with precision and assisted in colors. He explained to us his techniques, as well as, why they would work. He was prompt and wanted to make sure we where satisfied with his work. He placed drop cloths all over the areas he was working and cleaned the areas when he was finished. I never knew someone was working in my house. He fixed settlement cracks in our foyer and bathroom, to the point, that you would never know there where settlement cracks. We installed a new kitchen and he helped color coordinate to compliment the new cabinets and backsplash. My husband is a perfectionist in everything he does and was constantly complementing Matt with his work. We will bring Matt back for other painting jobs, as well as, highly refer him to friends and family."

"Steve and his team did high quality work on two of our bathrooms. Our house is 95 years old and there was a lot of work that needed to be done to update all of the systems. Steve was knowledgeable about working on old homes and brought in equally knowledgeable plumbers and electricians. We had a clear timeline from the beginning and we were kept updated. Both bathrooms turned out beautiful!"

"The job went well and the house looks beautiful. The only minor glitch was that they broke the globe on our exterior porch light - a model that is discontinued and could not be easily replaced, and was a match for the one on the side porch. We were fairly compensated with no problem."

"They really are not that good because the work they did started to deteriorate quickly after they did it. They came back and resolved the problem but they also did additional work; they really are not the best painters. The price was very reasonable and they also did some exterior painting for me as well. The interior painting was not as professional as I thought it could have been but they were quick to respond to my needs. They were punctual."
