"Very Responsive and great communication. Very prompt, friendly, knowledgeable. They recently replaced all the old cast iron drain pipes in my garage. They got on it when they said they would and finished in one day. Straight forward and made a very difficult job look easy and good. Iâ ll be using them again soon for replacing lines to the road."

"I was going to try to do some of the work in my kitchen myself, but the main home water valve was so ugly I was afraid to touch it. The original problems were leaks in the compression fittings & adapters connecting copper tubes from under the sink to the dishwasher and fridge. I thought I was going to go back to bare pipes coming out of the wall under the sink, but the technician talked me out of that because the more you screw around with an old pipe the greater the chances something will break or leak inside the wall itself. We kept the functioning multi-turn kitchen sink valves and only replaced the valve and pipes / hose going to the dishwasher. I had him take the refrigerator feed out of the loop entirely and I'll never use a refrigerator icemaker again. My laminate is ruined, but that was before the technician showed up. This guy was professional and very knowledgeable. I feel like he steered me in the right direction and helped me maximize the amount of good things I was able to do with only $500 budget. This would have cost $650 but I joined their $8/month club and they knocked the service visit charge out since I found them on Angie's list. Since they can only really do priority service during the winter (when pipes are bursting) for club members, I figured paying $100 over a year for a $100 discount on this visit was a no brainer. Anything else I have them do this year will be discounted and I'll jump ahead of anyone who isn't a club member. Based on my experience today, I'm going to continue using Benjamin Franklin any time I need a plumber."

"They did a great job! My toilet wasn't working and I wasn't sure if I could repair or replace it. They quoted me a few options. I ended up repairing it and saving money. Would definitely work with them again."

"They did a good job and the workers were great the only issue i have is they didnt install a water shut off even though i had one in the old system and i wasn’t told the price i was given to do the job didnt include one until the end of the job i would have paid extra for it i had to change a water filter since the job was done and i have to go to the street to turn off the water if i have a busted line in winter and the box is covered in ice and snow how will i get the water off this is my only gripe about the work no full disclosure i was in a rush to get it fixed it was leaking bad they should disclosed that when the estimate was done its made me rethink using them in the future"

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Nashville, TN

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
