"After getting 5 quotes to replace our home windows, we chose Brad and Zen Windows and we are very glad we did. Zen was not the cheapest or the most expensive but his windows were top quality and every review we saw mentioned his incredible installment team lead by Juan. They install the right way with expanding foam insulation and the windows are top notch for the price. We went with the Nirvana windows, which are double hung and tinted solar glass for optimum efficiency. We had one issue with balances being missing in a few windows from the factory but what was reassuring is that Brad communicated with us the entire time and let us know they would get it right, and they absolutely did. In addition, Zen didn't ask for any upfront payment nor did they ask for payment at all until the entire job was done to our satisfaction and to boot, Brad came out personally and inspected each of our 15 windows to ensure they were good to go. Highly recommend them. For something this big and expensive you need 1) good communication and 2) a great installer. Fortunately for us, Brad and Zen Windows had both."

"We give 5 stars to Sterling Windows. We had 4 windows on the front of our home along with capping our half moon windows. They are beautiful, very well matched our existing trim paint. They were installed and completely finished in about 6 hrs. The installers were friendly, professional, and stayed on point. They arrived when they said they were going to and did not goof around. They answered all our questions when we had some. Clean up was excellent. Mr. Sterling is a very nice gentleman to work with. His prices are very affordable!! After getting quotes from Pella, Champion, and Anderson, his quote was 40%-50% less. He was recommended to us by someone else who had used him. We researched reviews for his company on Google, Yelp and Angie;s List. All were excellent. We highly recommend his compnay. We will use Sterling Windows again in the future for other window replacements. In addition, one of our neighbors has now decided to go with Sterling as well."

"I am working with Renewal by Andersen of Knoxville to replace several doors from three rooms out to my balconies. Erik, the measure tech, came out to get the specific measurements of each of the door frames. He was very professional and efficient from the moment he arrived. I noticed how carefully he measured every dimension needed, even double-checking the measurements to ensure the new doors and door frames would be a perfect fit. Once he finished, he sat done and showed me computer renditions of how my doors will look, closed and opened, and verified that the hardware, paint colors, and glass tints were exactly what I ordered. Erik is a very friendly and mannerly young man. I am very confident that the installation of the finished doors and frames will go very smoothly and be exactly what I want. "A+ experience from start to finish and we couldn't be happier! New windows weren't even a blip on our radar yet after Kyle's great consultation / presentation + reading up on APEX Energy Solutions we decided to replace 11 original 1980s windows. Kyle was super helpful and really knows his stuff which helped us select the best window options, trim color, etc. for our house. Ordering was a breeze and APEX called to schedule installation exactly when they said they would. Super professional and helpful. Even so we started to wonder if we really "needed" new windows no matter the promised improvement & quality. So when installation day arrived we were feeling a little anxious. Again we had a First Class experience. A text notified us the install crew was en route and they arrived on time. A shout out to Brian (crew leader), Terry & crew for their fantastic, super professional & thoughtful work; their expertise immediately put us at ease. All equipment looked new and was impeccably clean from the large cushy mat placed outside front door, the tarps used on floors & even draped over our shrubs, to brooms & shop vacs. They meticulously cleaned up as they worked and you can really tell the install crew takes pride in what they do. They’re so good, in fact, that we didn’t even need to remove our plantation shutters for the installation. Each individual APEX window was diligently & perfectly installed. Turns out our old windows had some issues: 1 completely rotted wood sill, some with zero insulation or sealant (you could see thru a crack to outside), windows that weren't even the correct size. All stuff we couldn't "see” and Kyle did us proud in knowing exactly which old windows needed replacing and which didn't. The install crew replaced the rotted sill at no extra charge. Our APEX triple pane windows have foam insulation (no stingy business - they use the correct amount) and are caulked to the brick. No more cold winter air will blow thru wall sockets by the windows - Yay! When 1 new APEX window sash wasn't 100% perfect and 1 new screen had a tiny mark I could barely see, Brian arranged to come back and replace these asap. Wow - I'm a "picture straightener" and the attention to detail and quality blew me away. The exterior trim was installed so perfectly and the color Kyle helped us choose is such a perfect match that it all blends beautifully with the house & the few remaining older windows. Neighbors have already commented on how nice it looks and asked about the windows. Brian showed us how to operate & clean our new windows + screens (super easy) then the crew removed all labels and wiped down the frames until spotless (no smudges). When they left all work areas both inside and out were so clean we couldn't tell they had been here. Not one bent twig in the garden. It’s like we woke up and the Window Fairy had left us these gorgeous windows. Not only do the APEX windows look amazing but our house actually feels different. It’s so much quieter inside, the kitchen bay window seating area now remains cool all summer afternoon and the 2 new casement windows in the den have transformed the space so much we can’t stop admiring them. Rooms now feel brighter, open, more modern and updated. It’s such a great improvement and investment for our home. Final note about this stellar install crew: they helped my husband move our very old heavy piano both out and back with great care + were mindful of our elderly cat bunkered in the 1/2 bath vanity cabinet & always checked to make sure bathroom door was shut so he was safe. "Mr. Nackley was very courteous and prompt during estimate visit. I received the estimate within 24-hours. As Mr. Nackley and his crew have a busy schedule we had to wait a little over three-weeks for an appointment for the work. The estimate was clear as to work to be done and supplies to be provided. All communications before the work were complete and timely. All work was completed in one day. The bedroom repair and paint job was very satisfactory and the room was left clean.
