"I called “Sure Clean Windows” and spoke with Larry’s wife, who was able to answer all my questions regarding having our home windows cleaned.  Later Larry called me to set a time to look at our home in order to give us a quote.  He called later to give the quote and to set a day and time to clean the inside windows, outside windows and the screens. I let Larry know that  I was not in any hurry, since it was winter yet, and I work from home and therefore have a flexible work schedule.  For this reason I let him know that if the weather was bad I would prefer to reschedule.  I did not want people on a ladder if it was icy or windy.  Also, in this way I would not be trying to heat the house while they were opening them for cleaning.  As it turns, out due to the weather, Larry called to reschedule and came out a day earlier to clean the windows.  Our home is 2 years old and the windows had never been cleaned.  For this reason they were very dirty and still had the original window stickers which needed to be removed.  We were unable to remove the stickers ourselves because we didn’t have the necessary ladders to reach them.   When Larry arrived he showed me some areas where the windows were scratched from where mortar must have scraped the window during building.  I was impressed Larry was able to distinguish the scratches from all the dirt and that he caught these issues which our home inspector missed.   Larry and his partner worked diligently and it took them 4 hours to clean all the windows.  We do have a lot of windows in our house and a number of them required ladders to reach.  They removed all screens for cleaning then replaced them and made sure all windows were locked.  Also, they wore covers over their shoes while in the house so as not to track mud and dirt on the floors.  Larry was very nice to work with and I highly recommend him for cleaning windows."

"After getting 5 quotes to replace our home windows, we chose Brad and Zen Windows and we are very glad we did. Zen was not the cheapest or the most expensive but his windows were top quality and every review we saw mentioned his incredible installment team lead by Juan. They install the right way with expanding foam insulation and the windows are top notch for the price. We went with the Nirvana windows, which are double hung and tinted solar glass for optimum efficiency. We had one issue with balances being missing in a few windows from the factory but what was reassuring is that Brad communicated with us the entire time and let us know they would get it right, and they absolutely did. In addition, Zen didn't ask for any upfront payment nor did they ask for payment at all until the entire job was done to our satisfaction and to boot, Brad came out personally and inspected each of our 15 windows to ensure they were good to go. Highly recommend them. For something this big and expensive you need 1) good communication and 2) a great installer. Fortunately for us, Brad and Zen Windows had both."

"We give 5 stars to Sterling Windows. We had 4 windows on the front of our home along with capping our half moon windows. They are beautiful, very well matched our existing trim paint. They were installed and completely finished in about 6 hrs. The installers were friendly, professional, and stayed on point. They arrived when they said they were going to and did not goof around. They answered all our questions when we had some. Clean up was excellent. Mr. Sterling is a very nice gentleman to work with. His prices are very affordable!! After getting quotes from Pella, Champion, and Anderson, his quote was 40%-50% less. He was recommended to us by someone else who had used him. We researched reviews for his company on Google, Yelp and Angie;s List. All were excellent. We highly recommend his compnay. We will use Sterling Windows again in the future for other window replacements. In addition, one of our neighbors has now decided to go with Sterling as well."
