They don't take your money and run or do what they want to get the job done cheaper or faster. They take into account everything you want, see of it's doable with your budget and work with you on other options if it's not. They stay within schedule and are also able to be reached by phone daily. Like I said, they truly care about their customers and their work is top notch. I can't go on enough. I have pictures of all the jobs they did and will post them. My wife and I had to pay for a countertop to be replaced in our old apartment before moving out because out dog chewed it up. All other work was done in our new co-op. I will add everything up and provide a grand total below but what I will say is that I did my homework and got several estimates from at least 2 or 3 contractors. Senkep always had the lowest price, was able to come faster than the other companies, and had my floors done $2000 cheaper than I was quoted at by one of the major floor restoration companies in Queens. I also have a relatively large bedroom, 2 bathroom co-op so this was a major plus. Also, Senkep finished the work in half the time the other company said it would take. You won't go wrong by using this company, guaranteed. General Contractors just aren't made like this anymore. None of them seem to care about what you want, they tell you it's impossible because it will take them longer and they want to finish jobs quicker to move on to the next one and they still overcharge you in the mean time. By all means get quotes from LICENSED and INSURED constactors, but I guarantee you Senkep will be the guys you go with when you're ready. You won't regret it."
