"I hired DF Construction to replace windows, siding, garage doors, gutters and my front door. This is the biggest single project I’d ever considered and I was very apprehensive about it. I kept imagining all the things that could go wrong! Don Frame and his crew were wonderful to work with. From the very first estimate, Don took the time and made plenty of measurements to make sure that he knew exactly what I was hoping to get. He explained the options and suggested some alternatives that saved me quite a bit of money. Don’s crew encountered challenges as they worked — bitter cold being the worst — but they always remained courteous, pleasant and professional. Every time something unexpected came up, Don or one of his crew explained the options and made sure I was happy with their solution. They cleaned up after themselves every day and always arrived on time. DF Construction did a fantastic job! I am very pleased with the final result and I won’t hesitate to contact Don again for future projects."

"I had a sewer backup that flooded a room in my home. I had roto rooter dude out to my house 3 previous times in the course of a year to unclog my lines. I tried to reach out to rooterman but he was too busy. I hopped on Angies List and looked up plumbing. Farrell bros is what i decided to go with but was hesitant due to the F ratings. Their plumber Mike, i think it was mike (Marine Veteran) was at my house in less than an hour. He snaked and cleaned out the line, but he found what rooterman had missed! He saw that the trap plugs were rotted out and replaced them. Then he used a camera to scope out the line and i found out i had a broken Trap and a belly! How did the Rooterman miss this three times?? Mike ordered me a part and replaced the broken stuff and was very kind. Both of us were Marines so we bonded a bit over that i think. Anyway, he offered to get me an estimate for digging up and replacing the sewer line and told me about the financing. I may or may not go with them for that big job, i haven't decided yet and am trying to find a cheaper solution such as getting a excavator in there and exposing the pipe then calling Farrell in to replace. One thing is for sure, i wont call the rooterman anymore! Mike from Farell is a great plumber. Ignore some of these other crazy sounding reviews, i can tell you first hand that these people are legitimate."

Charlie, the salesman, was a delight to work with, very responsive to our questions and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want.   <br /> Today was install day and Mr. Cramer was here when he said he would be. His crew was very polite, they cleaned up after the work was done, explained how the windows work and were gone by early afternoon. The windows all work very nicely, were very clean and look really nice. Our little community has about 150 units and, from the outside, we have the neatest looking windows here......well, us and our next-door neighbors who had Mr. Cramer do their windows earlier this summer. <br /> A really good company, with old-fashioned values and work ethic - would hire them again in a NY minute to do anything they say they can do. "We were very pleased with the service received from Pella from the initial quote to the installation. The price was very fair based on other estimates we received. They also took a picture of the paint formula we had used on the trim in the room. The window and window trim were installed already painted with that finish. They set up a date for the installation and they arrived on that date. The installers were excellent. They had the window, inside and outside trim done in a matter of hours. They also avoided trampling perennials that were emerging from the ground under the window. I'm not sure how they even accomplished that! Thank you Pella for a job well done!!"
