"We had shopped around and decided to go with Masterpiece windows. We had 13 windows replaced. The people who did the installation seemed top notch. Avery and Jason were very professional and just as important punctual. If they said they were going to be there at a certain time they did. They are proud of their work and aren't just trying to get it done. They want it to look good and you to be happy with it. The quality of the windows we purchased seems great but I'll have to update later on whether or not they live up to my expectations which my wife says are unreasonable most of the time."

"Contacted Baker Roofing by phone to schedule a visit for an insurance paid re-roof. Salesman, David Frawley, responded promptly. He met with us, provided a detailed scope of work based on the insurance information that we had previously provided to him. We set up a tentative time frame for the start of the work. Due to weather, we had a few restarts but the Project Manager, Mark Chasse, was on top of it and kept us up-to-date and stayed in touch. He called to discuss where the shingles, the dumpster, and the work trailer could be staged during the time they would be at out house. Mark was on the job for most of the install.The installers worked hard and were focused. No nonsense or fooling around with this team. We had bushes and expenses trees, propane tanks and 3 large A/C units around the perimeter of the house. Baker made sure that nothing was damaged. They walked the perimeter with a giant magnet for nails, picked up trash and left at dusk. I requested they return the next day in the daylight to pick up some remaining trash and nails, which they willingly did. The gutter installer was scheduled by Baker and he returned on Monday to complete the job with the gutters. They did a beautiful job. We were very happy from the beginning contacts with David  all the way to the end with Mark Chasse. Great Company, stands by their work. Granted, this was an insurance job, but we interviewed several roofers. This company hand nails your roof. Even the employees tout how happy they are working at Baker.  We would wholeheartedly recommend Baker Roofing to others. It was important to us to have a local roofer in case of any issues or concerns and Baker came highly recommended. We are so very glad we chose them. Let me also say that everyone that I spoke with on the phone whose names I can't recall were all very nice. Customer Service was A+. Their motto "to always do good work, at a profit if we can, at a loss if we must, but always good work"is why they've been in business so long. Thank you, Baker Roofing. <br />"

"Energy Smith completed the contract quickly, and went above and beyond my expectations.  They sealed up the space, installed insulated board at no extra cost, helped to move "stuff" stored in the attic where needed to complete the job, insulated it to R38 or better, and installed a solar attic ventilation fan.  They cleaned the work area when they finished also leaving behind a neat looking and very improved space.  Best of all, they found credits from the local power company worth $340 and a federal tax credit on the fan for $970 for the solar fan which will cover a significant portion of the total price making the final total cost to me very affordable and most importantly attainable.  The final price doesn't include the fact that my energy costs will be lower each month and will soon pay for the entire project.  I would not be surprised to actually make money after a year or two of lowered heating and cooling bills.  And that not to mention that my living space will be a pleasant place in both the cold winters and hot summers.  A+ work. <br />"

"I wasn't really happy with the service.  They hired someone else to do our roof.  I actually wanted the roofer that worked for the company to do the work. Three or four months later we had a wind storm and it knocked three or four shingles off. I called Mark and he came back out to fix it. We had a communication problem in the beginning but since have worked on the issue."
