"Fantastic! Very quick response on a Saturday. Tyrone was close by and quickly came over to evaluate whether or not this was a repair or a replacement for our Rheem tankless water heater. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, as I suspected, it was a replacement. Jeff the project called and we walked through our options and price with him. He was low pressure and very understanding. We decided after our research to schedule a replacement for Sunday morning. Les and Brandon arrived on time and were very nice and worked quickly. Overall it was a great experience and GREAT customer service! Les and Brandon were very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

"I am disappointed by their scheduling of furnace/AC tune-up. This was the third time I contacted this business for a tune-up using their deal. In each of the first 2 occasions, they pushed my requested tune-up time 2-3 months out. This time, I requested tune-up 2 months in advance. However, the associate again told me that they had to push it 6 months out, due to their technicians’ capacity and prioritization of customers with service agreements. The associate also suggested me to call 8 months in advance to schedule a tune-up. What? For a tune-up? The deal would have expired in 6 months. Apparently, this business either doesn’t have the capacity, or doesn’t care about tune-up requests from customers without service agreements. In whatever case, it would be transparent and save others’ time, to simply add your limitations into the fine points of the deal."

"Steve and his assistant Eric arrived as scheduled. Asked how long it would take to replace our water heater after confirming price discussed and agreed to. He said 1 1/2 hours! Only took about 20 min to remove old heater. After a total of 1 1/2 hours, the new one was operational as Steve said. Warrantee and price adjustments were as agreed to. Steve and his assistant worked well and efficiently together. Will certainly call him again for any future repairs!"

The ARS secretaries could take a lesson. They somehow got my phone # and house # wrong! It made for some confusions. Luckily I called them when the serviceman didn't come or call on time. We straightened out the phone # and Manuel had to call me to find the house. Tiny errors make a big difference. Overall, the experience was fine because the service man was so kind and helpful. I will try them again, but check and recheck the details."

The pricing was reasonable, and the speed in having a technician out can't be beat."
