They reconstructed and restored an upper rear deck, dining room porch and far-back lower deck, repaired a front dormer, repaired an entire front & side façade and then recovered it with new clapboard, installed millwork around new Pella windows, installed real shutters, & a far-back canopy. "Last week I reached out to Henry Scopa Home Improvement and Scott came out right away to get things started. He was meticulous in his work, placing drop cloths down to protect my floors, and also keeping a bucket for the smaller trash. Scott stripped everything down to the studs, took out the old tub and shower, and kept the work area as neat and clean as possible throughout the job. My bathroom is tiny, but he got things installed without too much fuss, He worked long hours. I?m beyond satisfied with the job Scott delivered. Not only was his work excellent, but his polite and genuinely friendly attitude made the whole experience even better. "In 2021, I hired Eric to fix a water leak in my basement. I paid approximately $8000. Three months after the work was done, there was leaking again. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"

When Nelson came out he was so well detail oriented and may I say he really knows his stuff. "They were highly rated so i went with them. They provided a project manager that didn't oversee the job and failed inspection because of common mistakes. They blames the window on me for having incorrect size. we eventually got he correct windows they didn't finish the deck properly the cut corners and made excused that it wasn't in contract and i had to pay extra for their inconsistencies. the electrician put thermostat on floor so i couldn't see it.They Blamed everything on me. now the final bill came in and they marked up the bill for a 30 percent markup. I called another contractor to evaluate the work and boy did he find all the hidden things i knew were already wrong. Im not a contractor by the way but i have eyes. "
