"We called and a lady answered. We were told that service might be done on that day. Several hours later, the technician called us. He came about one hour later and started checking the appliances. The microwave, which suddenly stopped working, needed a new fuse. Within 20 minutes after the technician's arrival, it started working again, He next checked the dryer, which kept rotating when the door was open. He told us it needed a door switch replaced and gave us a quote. We agreed and it was repaired quickly. He gave us one year warranty for the switch, All together, we paid $247.81 (after $10 off coupon from Angie's list).
