"ErieHome waterproofed my basement. The crew was polite, kind, and came in, did an excellent job in 3 days by digging a trench on the inside of the basement, removing the dirt from the bottom of the foundation, installed corrugated tubing, rock and then cement. They also installed a Humidex airpurifier and new sump pump with a backup pump. They cleaned up afterward. Any questions I had were answered in a respectful manor. I now have peace of mind knowing that I no longer have to monitor weather forecasts for rain or have to clean up anymore incoming water. The system is warranted for the life of the house and included within the price, which increased the value of my home."

"The project went very well! Mike is terrific. The crew came as scheduled. Explained what they would be doing and did a nice job.The first part of the project involved trenching the basement floor along the three walls. This was the dusty and loudest part of the work since they use electric jack hammers. Make sure you cover everything. They did a great job cleaning up the area they worked in but you will still have dust. We had a minor problem and came to a mutual agreement for solution. Nice people to work with, great job!"

"Had a pre-existing basement wall crack leak for the first time due to early March rain this year. My phone call went directly to the owner. Pleasant conversation to assess my situation and set up a time that fit my schedule to come take a look a few days later. He himself came to my house, was thorough in his inspection and recommended his patented repair giving a full explanation of why. He gave estimate on site, left, and his son called the next business day to set up the repair. Scheduling was flexible to fit my schedule. Arrived on time for repair. Two-man crew was meticulous in not making nor leaving a mess. Repair took less time and effort than estimated, and as a result my bill was adjusted on the spot to be less than the estimate.
