They are so passionate about what they do and so compassionate too! They did an excellent and thorough job explaining and advising every step of the way. In 2021, we purchased a new hot water heater from them, only for it to fail just three years later—necessitating a complete replacement. While the unit was covered under a six-year parts warranty, When we contacted them to arrange the replacement, they quoted us the full price we had initially paid for the installation of the original unit, despite the warranty coverage. Their justification? “Prices have gone up.” To add to the frustration, we discovered the manufacturer date on the original system was 2019, meaning it had been sitting on the shelf for two years prior to installation. Preston, one of their representatives, admitted this should never have happened and apologized. Yet no effort was made to resolve the issue or offer any meaningful resolution—we had to push for action ourselves. Given their marketing claims, I expected Goettl to prioritize doing the right thing. They did not!"
