I've been working with Robby and his team for over 10 years on behalf of third-party clients and he is one of the most trustworthy contractors I've known. When I moved to the Atlanta area two years ago it was a no-brainer to hire R Wiley for my home's yearly HVAC maintenance package and I'm glad I did. We've had Miguel, one of R Wiley's outstanding technicians out for service and maintenance and I've been happy with his work and helping to diagnose issues. When it came time to replace our very old AC & Furnace units, there was no sales pressure - just consultative solutions. R Wiley's pricing was in line with some of the more affordable bids and they don't try to push you into super high-priced marked-up units or things that should be included with installation, or all those "financing" programs where you end up paying way more for your project. Installation with Marvin was awesome - they were done with two units in one day and what a difference it's made. Overall an awesome experience from day one, with a successful multiple unit replacement. I'm glad I have them to continue to keep the units serviced on an annual basis as well. Highly recommend!"

Long story short, older GE furnace started leaking water from unseen rusted coils (thought is was the condenser unit). The tech adviser, Jeremy, evaluated the extent of the problem, gave me choices (cost comparison and warranty information) and placed an order as quickly as possible knowing 90+ temperatures were norm in August! Their administrator, Bethany, kept me informed regarding obtaining the parts from out of State (COVID19 slowed down shipment from local parts warehouses). "There was very little work to do. They came out on time and I was happy for the professionalism, but there was nothing to do because it's a brand new system. The service is free for a year. I could have had them come out in April to check the air conditioning system, but since they just installed the unit in April, I didn't bother, but it would have been free. This fall, when I called him to check the furnace, he thought he was coming out to check the air conditioning, I said, "no, you're here to check the furnace because I'm going to be using the heat this fall". He said, "no problem" and he checked that out, he said, "I feel like I'm not doing anything, I can still check the air conditioner", and I said, "if you want to, but I've been running it all summer and it's been great". I asked him there was a charge and he said, "no, the first year was free"."

"I was very happy with how smoothly the project went. Fil came out to give me an estimate, and over the next view weeks, he patiently answered a lot of questions that we had about his proposal. After talking with other contractors, we decided that Fil was competitively priced and more professional than any of the others, so we went with him. He was able to start the work within a few days. When he tore out the old shower, we found more water damage than he had anticipated, but the repairs only added a few hundred dollars to the cost of the project. Fil was very thorough and made it a point to show us what he was doing and why. I am in a wheelchair, and I was very impressed with Fil's understanding of my special needs. For example , where there had been a small raised threshold at the entrance to the original shower, Fil made it flush with the floor outside the shower, which makes my access to the shower much easier. He used Hardibacker under the tile everywhere except the shower floor and the walls behind the tub, and he applied a waterproofing solution to the new subfloor of the shower prior to installing the mud bed. Any minor problems that I saw during the construction were fixed quickly and professionally. He even took the time to fix minor problems in the original construction prior to tiling over them, although they were not related to any problems with his work. The few imperfections I've seen in the finished work appear to be blemishes in the tile itself or the original construction of the house, rather than any problems with Fil's work. The finished bathroom looks great, and I don't anticipate any further water leaks like those we saw from the original construction. There may be contractors who would have done this job more cheaply, but I don't believe they would have done the quality work that Fil did. If I ever decide to have more tile work done on my house, I will definitely be calling Fil. The cost listed in this review included the purchase of new towel racks and plumbing fixtures, as well as the purchase of close to 600 sq ft of tile and a couple of gallons of paint."

"Armato Heating and Air and Brent Weiss oversaw the recent purchase and install of a Daikin Mini split unit in my mid century modern renovated ranch house sunroom. The financing option Armato Heat and Air offered was very helpful, communication with the installers and speed of the installation was impressive. And the new unit- amazing! The room cools in record time. But the fine point of the attractiveness of the piping and tubing was what I like the most. Brent and Dylan cleaned up the clutter of cords and tubing from the unit that was replaced to get it down to very clean and simple lines. I am so pleased with the whole job. I really recommend this company for HVAC needs."
