For those of you out there who have a Wayne Dalton garage door, if it ever goes bad or you need to have the entire garage door replaced DON’T GET A WAYNE DALTON ONE. It’s a pain in the back side to replace any parts to it. It’s the only garage door company that does that. Overall I would definitely recommend AGD to anyone. Kudos to Art. "I had a very mixed experience with Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville. On the service side, it was excellent. My garage door would not close late on a Friday evening because a cable had come off the pulley, and they responded very quickly. The technician was friendly, professional, communicative, and explained everything clearly. I did not feel pressured into any decision. He showed me that the pulleys, cables, and rollers were badly worn and recommended replacing them, which seemed reasonable given the age of the parts and the situation. My frustration is with the price. I understand emergency evening service costs more, and I approved the work, but paying over $1,200 for about 90 minutes of work was very hard to accept after learning the parts themselves cost under $100. So while the technician and service were excellent, I left very disappointed with the overall pricing."
