They even replaced the old gas shutoff behind he dryer as it's butterfly type that leaks at no extra cost to me. The Flue from the waster heater was all replaced to be proper size as original was undersized. I was shown everything, given manuals needed, etc."

"They installed a minisplit cooling system, with 3 exchanges June 2021. Since then it is not operating the way it should. In my bedroom with the door closed at night on cool at 70 degrees the humidity goes up to 80%. I wake up uncomfortable, change it from cool to dry mode. The humidity will go down into the 50% range but the temperature drops down to 62 or less! So in cool or dry mode I can't get a good nights sleep! They come and look at it and tell me everything is fine. I'm going to buy a window air conditioner tomorrow which seems insane because i spent $10,000 on this minisplit AC system!"
