Lux came in and had to dig another French drain and seal the outside of our home and create another place for the water to drain away from our home. They did a great job, but our situation was so bad, they had to come back out and add more to seal the home and also removed dirt and replaced it with sand to help drain the water from around the home. All the work they did when they came back was included in the warranty they gave us with the original quote. They also came back quickly after our call and have done an excellent job. "

"They came out the same day to give a quote. We walked around the house and noted spots to be repaired or looked at to be repaired. The price was high, but it had been difficult to get anyone out to do the job and they could start the next workday so I decided to go with them. They were very professional during the walk-around and quote period but after giving me a quote they acted more like a "used car salesman" pushing the sale along. The workmanship was poor in some areas. For example one part of wood repaired stuck out a quarter inch than the existing and they didn't put it with the grain of the existing wood. The window sills were also poorly done with little attention to detail. When additional repairs beyond the scope were found, they quoted a price three times a similar job I had done six months earlier. They did come down on the price. Their initial material fee was no where near what they spent on actual materials."

"I would give Foundation Systems Inc. an A+ if I could. I have a zigzag crack in my brick facia. A technician came out and dug down and examined the foundation. I was informed that my foundation is sound and not in need of reinforcement. The charge? Nothing. No cost at all. All that is needed is some cosmetic work on my brick fascia. I am astounded at the honesty and integrity of this contractor. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"Not much to report. We read some good reviews on Angie's List, met with Chad, then hired him to finish the floor of a covered patio. He was responsive at first, provided some samples of colors to look at, then promptly dropped off the radar screen. We have bee nip unable to contact him and he has not contacted us. <br /> <br />**UPDATE** <br />After a bit of a rocky start, Chad came in and knocked out the job. We are pleased with the result and with the quality of the work. Time will tell about the durability of the product (micro-topping), but we are satisfied with the look and feel of the product. <br /> <br />"

"I had a discussion with them about a properly executed lien release and I told them what I wanted on it. They said, "We're gonna get one from the concrete company" so they sent me their lien release from the concrete company. They were fine. They didn't do anything wrong.  They cleaned up everything. They were good. They filled up the driveway and the walkway part is covered with pavers. They pulled out one of the pipes and it came out suddenly. They knocked the whole base of the ceiling. It was patched up and painted but I can see where they did it. I would recommend them. I'm going back to them because of their professionalism."
