Even though we were not under an emergency as old water heater was still working, Shane and company were able to come out the next day. The installer, Jake, arrived on-time, was very professional, did a great job explaining the replacement process, explaining the maintenance aspects of the new water heater, and leaving the work area in very clean condition. "I had Service Today! complete two separate projects for me. First, I had an ice dam fall on my A/C condenser last winter and needed repair/replacement for an insurance claim. Second, I replaced my old water heater and boiler with a new combined tankless boiler & water heater unit. "I called and told him my main water valve wasn't shutting off the water. He asked if I tried both valves, I advised him their was only one, he said there should be one also below the meter, sure enough there it was and I turned it while on the phone with him and it worked. He could of not told me about the second shutoff valve and came out and I wouldn't of known the difference. He didn't make any money, however I will definitely use him for any plumbing issues in the future."

"I called Twin Cities Electric Inc. after receiving another quote for the same job that was about $900 higher than what Twin Cities Electric offered. Ted, of Twin Cities Electric, showed up the next day to provide a quote in writing and we offered to do the work a day or two later. Because of scheduling conflicts, Ted and another man came out to do the job less than a week later.
The job was completed in about five hours. Ted was easy to work with and offered a very fair price for the job. The only ding would be that the employee who helped him with the job showed up smelling strongly of cigarette smoke, but fortunately, that didn't linger after the job was completed.
