The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "They did a great job.  Scott and Stacy showed up in their van wearing uniform shirts and were very professional.  They explained what they would do in the attic to service the A/C and answered all my questions regarding cooling, filters, etc.  They also cleaned and serviced the outside units.  They spent an entire afternoon and were careful in their work and left everything in order.  They were very hard working and I will use them again for the fall heating service.  They left a detailed invoice of the work they did so that I would have it for my warranty file.  I appreciate their hard work in this heat!"
