Gannon responded the same day and did the work the next morning despite poor weather. Work was performed exactly as discussed and my dogs escape attempts have been thwarted! I can't say if the price was competitive, since I didn't get any other quotes. In this instance, immediate fixing was my priority and their response time was fabulous.
