I'm a retired carpenter and I can say their craftsmanship was second to none. Clean, precise. I was enjoying the perfect gape in our foundation and the framework even before they installed the window, because it was being done properly. Heck, even the hole they dug for the well was precise. "This is the third time Ive had them come out. First time was 8 years ago to replace rotting wood bedroom windows. The second time was 2 yrs ago in 2017 to do custom kitchen windows. This time was in winter of 2019 - 1 bedroom, 1 living room and one large livingroom window. Our house ws new in 1992, but the windows were awful. Mold, rot and glass falling out. So we went with the best-Anderson. Those windows have held up well, so I have replaced most windows now. The salesman Tim is very helpful. The installers are professional and quick and clean up afterwards. Last time it was winter and I hid in bedroom watchng tv with the dogs. The room stayed warm and they were done in no time. It is a crew of 4 so its done fast. They are polite and hardworking. I do not understand the bad reviews at all. After I experience with windows I only wanted the best."

"The installed glass carries a long warranty. Labor is only for a year. I therefore expected that Andy would arrange to replace the defective glass, and I would pay the labor charge. Andy's examination of the defective glass led him to conclude that this was a manufacturing defect and that he would lean on his supplier to replace the glass for no charge at all. That he did, wjile it took him several calls to get the supplier finally to come out. Andy's persistence paid off for us. I previously gave Trustworthy the highest possible grades on two projects they have done for my family. I add this one to show that they do live up to their promises and are, indeed, TRUSTWORTHY!"
