"PMK did a great job. Mike is an experienced pro who is very knowledgeable and did a good job with our hot water heater replacement. Quote was very reasonable compared to other companies. I would recommend PMK to anyone."

"They are an excellent company and would recommend to anyone needing HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical service."

"The plumber responded right away and kept me apprised of his arrival well within the time window they gave me. The plumber was cordial and knowledgeable. He also had resources to contact if there was a special condition with our hot water pipes fed by gas heat. He was very observant and checked the pipes for frozen areas. He was able to create warmth needed to make the hot water flow again. The whole process was smooth and efficient. We are dripping all the hot water faucets also now, not just the cold faucets. Thank you, White's Plumbing and Repair, for helping us in this long frozen period we are experiencing."

"Great service on our replacement water heater. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and had everything completed within a couple of hours."

"I want let everyone know that Merritt Homes is the place who delivers on what they promise. From the wonderful lady Kristen who helped me get on their schedule and answer my questions, to when the technician Chris called prior to arrival. Chris took a look at multiple concerns in our home and not only did he educate us on our house, but he gave us options to get the repair fixed, so we could decide based on our budget what worked for us. We were so impressed with his quality and professional work ethic, that we had him maintenance our heating system and replace an old water heater in the garage before he left. This company is the best and unlike large box companies, who only want to take advantage of the customers in our area. I will not need to call anyone else out for services as Merritt Homes does it all and with above and beyond customer service. Thank you Merritt Homes!"

"The service call went exactly as planned.  Scotty arrived on time with everything he needed to perform the service requested. Not sure if you care about this or not, but it was very important to me.  He is an extremely nice young man with manners and a healthy respect for others.  His parents trained him well!
The reason I purchased the offer was my fear of a possible electrical fire. My bathroom exhaust fan/light would work sporadically as would my electrical outlet on the screened porch. Scotty located the problem within 5 minutes.  I asked him about the outlet on the outside porch as it was prone to getting wet.  He advised of a much better outlet and also suggested I think about changing the type of light bulbs I used inside the house.
There was one light in my upstairs bath (1 out of 6) that did not work. I had tried 2 different types of bulbs to no avail. Scotty resolved the problem.
On the side of my kitchen island there is an elecrical outlet and the faceplate was very loose.  Turns out the actual sockett was split in half.  Before he left, it was fixed.
Scotty made a trip to Home Depot to pick up the supplies he needed and also, at my request, picked up 3 boxes of LED light bulbs.  He didn't have to, but he replaced all 6 bulbs in the upstairs bath. Huge difference in lighting.  As my other bulbs burn out, they will be replaced with the LED's.
I will definitely keep his phone number as he is now my "GO TO" person for any electrial questions or problems.  I highly recommend this company and would be glad to offer any further comments to anyone looking for an excellent electrician.  I doubt you could find a better one.

"Outstanding experience. Bob is an expert, explains exactly what was wrong and promptly repaired it. Bob has repaired leaky bathroom facuets, slow drains, maintenance on our tankless water heater. All work completed efficiently and arrived on time. Highly recommend Bob and Bear Mechanical."

"The A/C at our rental property was running, but not keeping the house cool. I called five different A/C companies that had A ratings on Angie's list and asked how much they charged for the service fee and how much they charged per pound for R22. Three of the companies including K&J) told me their rates directly and two told me that they "bundle" the R22 cost with labor costs. I appreciated that K&J were up front with their costs and they had the best rates. The technicians showed up on time and were very professional. They immediately checked the unit outside and the air handler inside. Both were frozen up with ice. They turned off the unit and we waited for it to thaw out. While waiting the tech's (Cory and Mark) were very jovial and pleasant to talk to. Once the unit thawed out they hooked up the gages and diagnosed the problem as low refrigerant. They showed me on the gage were the correct level should be and where my unit was. They kept me informed the whole time and were very thorough. They ended up having to clean the coil in order to get the unit to take in the refrigerant. They told me the cost before they did it and asked me if I wanted them to proceed. Once the cioils were clean they added 1lb of R22 (in .5 lb increments). Then they went inside and checked the vent with a laser thermometer to make sure the temp was in the proper range. I was able to pay credit right there on the spot and they gave me a discount for using Angie's list. I would highly recommend K&J Mechanical. They did excellent work on time and at a great price. There was even a follow up call to see if I was satisfied with the service.

"They came in, said "we can replace the hose, but if the bolt is rusted and goes, you'll need to replace the water heater. " They got the bolt off and saved us a lot of money."
