"Rich came out to replace our sludge-filled, overheating, failing old water heater. It was a difficult situation and he took the time and had the patience to do the job right. The fee was under the national average, reasonable. The water heater is located in a closet off the master bath and at first it would not drain. Rich knew just what to do. Took his time to get old one out and did not mess up our house. Cleaned up behind himself and left us with a larger water heater (as requested) and worked out how to fit it into our small location. The reason I purchased the offer was my fear of a possible electrical fire. My bathroom exhaust fan/light would work sporadically as would my electrical outlet on the screened porch. Scotty located the problem within 5 minutes.  I asked him about the outlet on the outside porch as it was prone to getting wet.  He advised of a much better outlet and also suggested I think about changing the type of light bulbs I used inside the house.
There was one light in my upstairs bath (1 out of 6) that did not work. I had tried 2 different types of bulbs to no avail. Scotty resolved the problem.
On the side of my kitchen island there is an elecrical outlet and the faceplate was very loose.  Turns out the actual sockett was split in half.  Before he left, it was fixed.
Scotty made a trip to Home Depot to pick up the supplies he needed and also, at my request, picked up 3 boxes of LED light bulbs.  He didn't have to, but he replaced all 6 bulbs in the upstairs bath. Huge difference in lighting.  As my other bulbs burn out, they will be replaced with the LED's.
I will definitely keep his phone number as he is now my "GO TO" person for any electrial questions or problems.  I highly recommend this company and would be glad to offer any further comments to anyone looking for an excellent electrician.  I doubt you could find a better one.
