"Scheduling was pleasant. Prompt response was awesome. This is where I stop. The mobile techs that arrived were polite on initial contact. They seemed to know what they were doing and was impressed. Apparently, once they finished, they didn't feel it important to inform me that they broke every clip off the windshield cowl. I shook these guys hands and thanked them. A professional, knows those clips were broken clean off and the rubber gasket is supposed to sit against the window. So, the idea they didn't notice, yeah.....right. It was never discussed prior to or after it could of did happen. I am a believer in trust. You look me in the eye, shake a man's hand, and gladly accept his money, you better stand by your work and your word. So sad, they came recommended by friends. Disappointed doesn't explain how I feel. This wasn't a insurance job, this is my hard earned cash."

During that year, we had multiple conversations with him regarding the scope of our project, and he was as willing to contract the scope as to expand it. He wrote several proposals for us, so we could see the financial impacts of our different scope options. Our indecision on scope, and delay in scheduling, never caused any frustration or ill will on his part. Mr. Stroup was helpful, friendly, and patient throughout! His team installed everything in one day, and all who worked on our project were extremely courteous and professional. We have been very impressed with the quality of the work. "I received four quotes from various companies. Window Depot was the first to provide their information and described their product offering very clearly showing the key features and specifications. I compared these across all the quotations received and Window Depot windows had the best overall quality/specifications/cost value so I accepted their quote. It took about 6-7 weeks from placing the order (and paying front half of the money). Their installation team was scheduled once the windows arrived and they showed up promptly as promised and proceeded to quickly remove and replace all 15 windows in about 2 hours. They then spent the rest of the day and about two hours on the next day sealing and installing the window clad. The installers noted a couple minor issues and immediately resolved several but we had to reorder one window component as the glass had been cracked during shipment. There were no issues getting the replacement. I was very happy with the results and the team effort. I can highly recommend this team for your window replacment."

"Was given dates 6/15 - 6/19 and the work was completed by 6/17. Everything was done professionally the workers arrived by 8:30 each day and completed their days work by 5, and I am more than satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism. If I had any questions they were addressed within a reasonable amount of time. I received my quote for the work by email which was great I paid the first half of the payment up front on that same email, and when the work was complete I received an email and the remainder of the total cost was transacted on that email. I would recommend them highly!"
