"We hired S&S Home repair to replace two window sills in our house and they quoted a fair price for the work. It turned out that the wood below one of the sills had water damage and a third sill had water damage. The job required more work than expected. S&S assessed the problem, quoted a new price, purchased additional materials, and replaced all the damaged wood. S&S used pressure-treated wood, beveled the sills so water would drain, installed the sills with precision, and sealed them with caulk.
