"Mike was able to get the upgrade on to my computer and he also was able to determine that the system was grossly inadequate for what I wanted to do. He recommended what I should look for when I purchase a new one and when I do make a purchase I will be calling on him to get my system up to speed. I was most impressed with Mike’s professionalism and knowledge and I would definitely recommend him for any computer issues."

"They came over to the house and immediately started talking with me about the plans for building my PC. They cleaned it up and rewired everything, which I really appreciated. They also tried to fix my fans, but the bearings were so worn out that the fans completely gave out and wouldn’t spin anymore. They’re coming back to install a new SSD and two new fans, which I’m really grateful for. Highly recommend!"

"Richard is not only accessible and prompt, but extremely knowledgable and caring. He has solved every issue I've had with my PC and tablet, whether it be with Outlook, Office or gmail. Beyond that, he is also able to troubleshoot hardware and has guided me with very useful information on what to do next concerning my PC."

"Had a strange issue with my laptop where the cursor kept moving around on its own even when I wasn’t touching anything. Found MicroSec through Angi and they were able to work on it remotely here in Cudjoe Key. They figured out what was going on and got the computer working normally again. They also cleaned things up, went through the security on Chrome and Edge and installed Bitdefender for some added protection. Everything was explained as they went and the laptop is running good now. Really convenient being able to get the whole thing taken care of without having to bring the computer anywhere."

"Chris came to install a new outdoor TV and found we needed no new TV at all. Had the old one working on short time. Then helped me with printer problems and charged $75.00 for a Sunday visit. Just a compassionate person but has such expertise in his field. Will definitely have him back again to assist me with other technical issues. Thanks, Chris"
