"I'd hire him again in a New York minute. Terry made an appointment with me for the next day, but he had an opening the day I called so he called me back and arranged to come before 1 pm. He explained that there were two problems and he could solve one or both of them, and what the benefits were. I chose to solve both of them. He fixed the machine quickly and gave advice to my friend about what brand of machine to buy new. He was knowledgeable, articulate, and quick."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"The system itself works great. Its the customer service you do not want to get involved in. They are rude, and very misinforming. Huge lack of communication, and they usually have no idea what is going on with your account."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"Would 100% hire again. Professional and timely! Fantastic experience! One year after building our home, half of it burnt down. So, not only was this devastating, but we needed to ensure that any work done was up to par, or better, than the original construction. They delivered and then some. This restoration company went above and beyond in fixing up my place after a fire. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were outstanding. Now, my house feels completely renewed, and I couldn't be happier with their excellent service. Additionally, we added space above our garage as well as an outside balcony with stairs and we are more than thrilled with the result.
