"Hired Kamcrest to help install a home network and set up audio/visual systems. Consulted with Amit (owner) who came over personally to go over the project and make recommendations. Amit and his team installed network complete with Cat wiring, switches and an Eero mesh system. Our wifi and home network are working flawlessly with great signal coverage in our 2000sq ft apartment. His team also hung our two OLED TVâ s with Apple 4k, and concealed all the speaker wiring. I was skeptical of his recommendation for the Apple 4k, but the picture quality and the way it integrates with all of our other Apple devices is truly great. However, the reason why iâ m writing this review is to discuss the customer service experience. About 2 weeks after the installation, some of the wiring for the speakers became unsecured and damaged the paint on the wall. Amit and his crew came over, resecured the wiring, repaired and repainted everything to perfection. Great customer service is hard to find these days - but these guys went above and beyond. Iâ m so happy i had Kamcrest help with our networking and AV setup. They are knowledgable and professional and i recommend them highly. Victor M."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"My husband & I own a small business and I needed help with something on my lap top which I use for all our work. I didn't have a virus but needed what I guess would be a repair. I called and spoke with Bob who suggested I make an appointment as my issue could take some time. I called back a few days later & made the appointment. He called at exactly the agreed time. I'm familiar with having a company/person take over my computer which he did and then I went back to work while he did his work. He did need to call me several times about certain things but I basically did my work--but I admit I also watched at different times as he worked. It turned out what I needed took much longer than what he thought - he also told me that my old (about 10 years) lap top would be like it was when it was brand new! Not only was that accomplished he went way beyond fixing the original issue which was hard drive space (or lack of). He was very helpful with any questions and explained things in a way I could understand! Because it took so much longer I offered to pay more money but he would not accept any additional payment. I will be getting a new PC in a few months and I will definitely be contacting him to set some things up, walk me through some other things & handle some installations. It's SO nice to have someone trustworthy because let's face they can have access to everything on your computer. Don't hesitate to contact this company - my only few pieces of advise - have all the information you can gather about your PC/laptop - age - kind etc, a clear or as best as possible description of your issue, schedule extra time as it can take longer & if you 'watch" and see things you don't understand - don't panic - they will get things done as promised & most likely better!"

"Jason called me back the same afternoon I purchased the package, and sent an email to confirm the day and time he would call. Jason called on time, and spent almost 3 hours clearing the computer of viruses that was causing continuous pop-ups. He was most friendly, and did a terrific job! One price, no hourly pricing, and a great job!

"The computer technician, Tammy, was excellent.  He arrived on time and was very personable.  Our computer is several years old and has been running slow, so he cleaned it up for us.  He tried to show us how to perform some maintenance tasks on our own.  
After he was finished, he had to call in to the main Geek Choice number to settle the bill.  When I spoke with the person on the phone from Geek Choice, I was astonished when they told me the bill was for $300, which included 2.5 hours service at $100 per hour and a $50 fee for home visit.  I informed her that I had ordered the first hour through Angie's List for $75 and that the home visit fee was waived.  She retrieved my information and charged me a balance of $135, to include the reduced hourly fee of $90 per hour.  So Angie's List saved me almost $100, which I totally appreciate.  
I give the technician high marks but the company, Geek Choice, seems like just another corporation trying to make more money off the consumer than they should.  I'm glad I went through Angie's List.

"Very well. Complete Computer Service conducted a complete diagnostic of my computer and removed all viruses and anything else which affected the proper operation of the computer. As a result, my computer is much faster and operates very well."

"It took quite awhile for the process to go through. All my documents and pictures are now in a file somewhere in the computer. He left the instructions of how to retrieve. As of this day, I still cannot retrieve any of my documents or pictures. I called the company 2 times. First time left a message, second time spoke to a woman who promised the technician would call me back to walk me through the process. As of today, I still have not received a return call, so I still cannot find any of my documents or pictures. My computre keeps locking up and losing connection to internet, so I have to keep resetting. Overall, I am not happy with whatever they did and I am disappointed that I still have not gotten a return call to help me as promised.
