"I had a busted inducer motor and had the part replaced, though I was interested in replacing my whole unit if it made sense. Henrys was able to come out and help diagnose the day of my request. The technician popped open the furnace and explained every little thing he was looking at. Unlike the other companies, he helped point out where I had a healthy unit apart from my worn out part. They offered to replace the part for free to get us through the incoming ice storm if I wanted the whole unit replaced after it was over. I ultimately decided to only replace the individual part, and still Henrys pricing was far superior to all of the others."

"Elite, Was very responsive to our needs during this summer our air went out the same day we contacted them they had a representative come out to quote a new HVAC system. They were able to come out the next day to install. Other companies we called needed several day. They had the new unit installed within 5 hours.
