"Jesus did a great job: the house builders installed irrigation that tapped into the water main before the valve into the house, so that a leak in the irrigation system (plastic pipes) meant that we had to shut off water to the house at the water meter at the curb. We had a leak in a buried plastic irrigation pipe, and so we had to do without water until it could be fixed. Jess installed a copper pipe to split off from the main pipe and added a valve, and mated copper pipe to the irrigation plastic pipes, so that if there were a future leak in the irrigation system, it's easy to shut that off w/o having to shut off the whole house. Jesus was on time, did a great job, fixed things quickly, and I'd definitely hire him again."

"I normally don't call for help. I am the type of person who would try to fix things myself before I seek for help. Almost a month ago when my old tankless water heater kept giving me error code and with no hot water. I tried two weeks of either fixing it by watching Youtube or have other plumbers come over to take a look at the issue. None of them were able to help me resolve my tankless water issue. After 2 weeks of no hot water, I decided to give HomeAdvisor and Aaron's Plumbing and Rooter a try. Aaron came over the next day and point out the issues with my old water heater and suggested me to replace a new water heater with dedicated gas line. After 2 weeks of no hot water and researching issues that might happen to tankless hot water, I was convince what Aaron suggested. Aaron was very thorough and professional about the entire installation process. After the installation, there was error from the new tankless water heater. Aaron came out immediate to help resolve the issue. After countless hours of debugging and process of elimination with the technical support person from the water heater manufacturer, the issue was finally resolved due to a defect ignition rod from the manufacturer. I want to thank Aaron for his time and effort to restore hot water to my house. Aaron will be my go to plumber if I ever need plumbing help. George"

"They were attentive, clean and orderly. Writing up contract may have taken longer then the work. I purchased a new Kitchen Faucet and water tap for my Kitchen sink and had the water level checked in my daughter's bathroom toilet. It was just below $900 for the two replacement faucets and a small water valve in the bathroom. Each item was just under $300 each. Complete Job was completed in under 2 hours. They were professional and I would think that once the service call was made that labor did cost over $400 an hour. If your rich and don't mind spending over $400 an hour on labor then these guys are prompt and able to do simple plumbing. I did not have a very difficult job especially since I already purchased the hardware. They also kept the install tool for the new faucet. Anyway my main issue was the high cost of each little item. These guys do cost more than the Ferrari mechanic charge by the hour."

"Chandlers did a great job. They quoted the repair and got to work. We also added the replacement of the sewer line as the main water line was being replaced. Chandlers added two sewer cleanouts in the front for future access to the sewer and provide a convenient place to empty my RV black tank. I was very pleased with the rapid repair and accommodating the additional work. They made what could have been an ordeal but got it done in 4 days total.
