"It was okay. They were okay but a little bit misleading. First, put over a heater that was too large for the house without asking so they had their own heater that was too large. They told me they would not go to the local hardware store to get the Home Depot variety because theirs was better and then I found out that they bought it from Home Depot so that’s misleading. They also are charging $200 more than the Home Depot price. They were very quick. I would only use them again only for emergency if I have no other choice."

"I made an appointment to get some work done on my car.  They were very attentive when I arrived first thing in the morning, and made the car hand off very easy.  They walked me through some options for the services I wanted to get done, and they gave me prices for it all.  I left it there, and took off for work.  They were able to complete the work, and it was ready for pick up when I got out of work.  That's about all I can ask for out of a mechanic.  Would definitely use them again. <br />"

"Brian responded to our call within a couple hours of leaving a message (Other Plumbers either never responded or was a week out). He'd said he'll call next morning to see if he could make it out to service us next day. He called as promised 7:30AM and told us he'll be able to make it out in the snow storm within the hour. He arrived in 20mins. He demeanor was very professional and respectful. He described the work we was going to do and noted any potential issue that might arise before he did it. Was able to clear out the clog within minutes directly going down the drain pipe. To make any future clogs easier to access and clear out (As some clear out might not worked out as well as this did), Brian recommended we install a 6and quot;X9and quot; access panel and a 1.5and quot; Clean out tee (as there was none). He emphasized that this was not required as the clear out was a success but it was something he would had to do anyway if it wasn't. We were impressed with his professionalism, honesty, and upfront price that we went ahead with the work. He needed to get a part (access panel) he didn't have in his van, so he we out in the snow storm and return within minutes. Upon return, he wasted no time installing the access panel, clean out tee, and unclogging the other sink. His work was professional and clean. <br />"
