"Great! Went the extra mile to repair cabinet below sink. Used much better wood than original and selected color to match kitchen that I did not expect. Also, nice job on over grown lawn, cut broken tree limbs and hauled everything away and cleaned up any trash. I highly recommend CQS Construction. A family owned business that takes pride in their work and strives to meet customers needs. Thank you. A true Blessing."

"Signed contract with Diamond Decks for a 1,000 sq.ft. floating deck and railing atop a 3-car garage, new Hardie board siding on one end of a 2-story house facing the deck, a porch with metal roof, storm door, and associated painting/caulking. 23&25Aug17, subcontractor did a poor job installing the Hardie board. 12,13&15Sep, First paint crew did a very poor caulk job and paint on Hardie boards. Could see work wasn't being done in the professional manner we had expected and e-mailed owner saying we would pay for what was done and wanted to void our contract. He threatened to have his attorney contact us. We then set up a face-to-face meeting on 19 Sep with the owner to discuss the project to date and what would be done in the future. (A waste of an hour+ as all we heard was how passionate he was building decks for 20 years and what a great job his crew does--NOT.) 5Oct17, Second paint crew repainted the wall and attempted to do a better caulk job. Still terrible job, but I said we'd accept the work and to press on with the deck. 10Oct, Trex and pressure treated wolmanized wood subframe materials were delivered as well as the cedar materials for the porch. 11-23Oct, crew installed the subframe, Trex decking, steps and constructed a porch. Another subcontractor arrived and installed the porch metal roof. A very nice, professional job overall. 19Oct, owner revisited our job site and asked for "$25K or $30K" as he was "$1.2M in debt materials and needed a payment." NOTE: Contract and advertisements state no money till job is completed. I acquiesced and gave him $20K. 24&25Oct, Crew did a beautiful job installing the 42" metal railing around the deck 30-31Oct, The second paint crew primed and painted the porch. Again, poor quality workmanship. 1Nov, Went out on new deck and found storm door installation to be poor and not up to standard. 6Nov, Previously installed Hardie board storm door frame removed and a new cedar (wooden) frame constructed. 7Nov, A third, yes 3rd, paint crew showed up to do necessary painting on new frame and finish poor paint job from paint crew #2. 8Nov, With my assistance a Diamond Deck individual reinstalled the storm door. Gave employee the remainder owed per contract, $26K. 8Nov, On this same day I contracted Trex, Inc., company with a question and when doing so found that when constructing a floating deck the treated lumber should have Trex Protect Joist and Beam Tape installed on top of the lumber (which can double the life from 10 to 20 years of the subframe.) I e-mailed the owner asking why we didn't have the tape installed and for the first time have never received a response--of course, he now has his money. Not quibbling over the $46K quote for the aforementioned contracted work, would have gladly paid another $500 or so to make the job last longer. This job certainly shouldn't have taken 10 weeks--albeit we did have perhaps 2 weeks of poor weather or shipping delays. Nor should it have necessitated NUMEROUS e-mails, texts, and phone calls. This company has a serious communication issue, project managers who don't oversee a job nor communicate between homeowner and workers, and obviously takes on too many jobs sacrificing quality and leaving the homeowner feeling like this is a side-line project and "we'll get to you when we can attitude." Also, we are still attempting to clean all the oil and fluid stains all over our driveway from worker's vehicles, picking up unused screws, cigarette butts, etc. NOTE: Diamond Decks LLC should stick to deck building and leave other projects to professionals as the aforementioned poor quality work caused the poor over-all rating."

"Weekend Project Warriors did an incredible job building my custom cedar shed pool enclosure. They are extremely talented and with an eye for detail. I had a 10/10 experience all around and highly recommend!"

"I have had multiple experiences with other designs teams and construction contractors and I can say that I have never been disappointed with the quality of work and professionalism of Kyle Brooks and his team. I would use Integrated Outdoor Design for all my future projects."

"We had Bordeaux Luxury Homes do a complete home remodel for us, inside and out. The results were outstanding. Our kitchen is the envy of many. The replaced the stone fireplace with a single piece of quartz that goes from floor to ceiling and installed a stainless steel mantel. It is beautiful. Installed pot lights in the kitchen, dining room, living room and bathrooms and now light is everywhere. The crown molding, with all the twists and turns, is impeccable. I could go on and on, and I believe you get the idea that these folks are true artists of home remodeling."

"We had the pleasure of working with Serview Home Pros for a recent patio renovation and I cannot express how thrilled we are with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism and dedication to quality were evident. The consultation process was very straightforward. Steve took the time to understand my vision and provided a detailed sketch on the spot of the entire project layout. I have sat through hour-long plus consultations before so was very grateful that my time was not being taken for granted. The installation team was exceptional. They were not only skilled but also very efficient and respectful of our property. The craftsmanship displayed throughout the construction process was top-notch, even going out of their way to help us solve a doggy door issue when the main flap of the door was too heavy for one our smaller doggies to push. All in all, the resulting patio has exceeded our expectations and has changed the way we interact with our home and our outdoor environment. We are now able to spend our evenings outdoors, something we previously believe to be completely impossible. The project was completed within the estimated timeframe and didnâ t cost a penny over what was quoted. What truly sets Serview Home Pros apart is their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. They were attentive to my concerns, responsive to my questions and ensured that I was kept informed at every stage of the process. We are now the proud owners of a stunning, functional and durable covered patio that has significantly enhanced the beauty and value of our home. I wholeheartedly recommend Surview Home Pros to anyone seeking a trustworthy, skilled and customer-centric team for their patio needs. Thank you, Serview Home Pros, for such an outstanding job!"

"Great! Team executed my landscaping project as designed. Buildt masonry columns for water faucets, and added masonry borders around flower beds. Beautiful job and adds value to our property. Would recommend for all your landscaping & patio requirements."

"Did the job quick and efficiently"

"Beyond happy with the end result of the landscaping around the pool and deck. My irrigation was re-routed as necessary and QScapes even came back after the project ended to cap two sprinkler heads they missed. Customer service was top notch - timely and responsive. QScapes worked within budget and delivered my vision."
