"Kenny & Dave came out to address a problem with the new shower device that had been installed as part of our bathroom remodel by Luxury Bath NJPA. The original installers of the remodel couldn't figure it out, another nice service technician came out & couldn't figure it out but when Kenny and Dave came out, they were able to troubleshoot the issue & resolve in the first try. The problem was the new shower rainhead/hand held shower combo fixture was making a loud humming noise whenever the rainhead was turned on & the water pressure was very low coming out of both the rainhead and the handheld. They diagnosed the issue as our home had plenty of water pressure coming in, but there was an issue w/the cartridge in the water handle as well as something wrong w/the shower head unit where the pressure was being very restricted causing the humming sound. They replaced the entire shower head unit, addressed some water restrictors that were in place & not only stopped the noise, but gave us the lovely shower we were hoping for. Thank YOU Kenny and Dave for making our day & our bathroom wonderful."

They completed the job before dinner time and cleaned and left my bathroom cleaner than when they came. We were super pleased with the product and workmanship. "Nick went above and beyond and identified and addressed issues he noticed, when working on our project to replace and/or repair the bathroom ceiling and wall required due to water damage. He also upgraded our vanity/sink, faucet and medicine cabinet. Since he noticed the need to caulk the the toilet, he advised of the need and took care of it. Also, he identified the need to replace the tile in the shower/tub area and will be taking care of that for us to prevent water damage. If Nick noticed some issue/concern, he mentioned it and offered to resolve it. Also, Nick patched drywall cracks and holes along the ceiling/wall living room and in a hallway closet and living room wall, and everything looks so much better. He provides excellent craftsmanship and is a trustworthy source for advice and insight to various home projects. I have already sought Nick for work in addition to what I had initially planned, and I will contact him for future projects. He is also very generous in helping to pick-up the vanity/sink for the bathroom project. Fortunately, I found a handyman/contractor that I can trust and depend who is reasonable, knowledgeable, personable and willing to be flexible with his schedule on which is very rare."
