"I cannot praise this company enough. The cost was a little higher than I anticipated, but I think it was well worth it. We woke up on a Saturday to a bathroom sink full of water and overflowing onto our floor. Turning off the water did nothing. Matthew from JD Precision came out that afternoon and immediately knew that it was due to our A/C condensation not properly draining. He drained the water, cleaned the drain pipes, and gave us tips on how to prevent it happening in the future. He then looked at a couple of other issues for us that we had been planning to get a contractor out for. He could have easily "taken us for a ride" on a couple of them, but he was totally straightforward and honest about what he saw and told us we could wait on repairs (and, save our money!). THEN, as he was leaving (and we had already gone inside), he went and checked our septic system for us. We had told him that our septic sprinklers had been going off a ridiculous number of times a day but that our maintenance company had told us everything looked fine. It took him less than one minute to find a hose that was not properly attached to the aerator pump. He obviously had no obligation to go out of his way to go look at our septic system - the fact that he did was just so kind. He then sent someone else out to take a look at what appeared to be water damage on our ceiling to be sure we didn't have a leak somewhere. That gentleman (who was also extremely polite and knowledgeable) took one look and said we are totally fine. Again, completely honest. We have some toilets to replace and a few other plumbing issues to address, and I will absolutely be hiring JD Precision again. I absolutely recommend them!!"

"Price and service were good. However their pricing method is not transparent. Enoch will ding you big time for small parts needed to install all water heaters. (Note: Enoch disclosed the potential for these charges in the fine print of their bid). For instance, Enoch replaced the water pan... it?s a $5 part at HD and they charged me $40! Same story with some flex tubing... It?s clearly a way to present competitive bid and ?sting? the customer at install... Enoch, just put it in the initial bid! I would have paid them on receipt of the bill but made them wait a few weeks because their pricing practices."

"Initially used for estimate to replace 2 water heaters. After 3 estimates I decided heaters didnâ t need to be replaced. Ram CT owner Ramiro Cerda agreed with my decision. Based on that I decided to hire him to replace 4 lavatory pop-ups and one bathtub drain. His bid was fair and he did an excellent job. He encountered issue with tub drain that required him to create a small door access for the repair. He carefully sawed thru a bedroom gypsum wall, finished repair of the drain, drove to Home Depot and purchased a door and came back and neatly installed the door. Other than ask for reimbursement for the door he honored his initial quote. We will be using Ram CT as our plumber in the future"

"Professionalism was shown from the initial visit to the very end of the project. We found it comforting that during the initial assessment visit, the supervisor John came to introduce himself, Uli and Jr. This team of very nice young men were efficient, professional, knowledgeable of their work and was very respectful to my family and my home. Uli and Jr unclogged a very slow shower drain, installed a toilet and totally replaced my very old kitchen sink, garbage disposal and faucet. They even, took the time to install the soap dispenser accessory even though they had finished the job and were ready to pack up and leave (totally due to my miscommunication)! I must say, they did a great job and left the work areas clean, hauling away the old items for disposal. everything is beautiful and working as expected! We could not have chosen a better company to take care of us and now, they will be our go to company! I must also give a shout out to the receptionist, I believe whose name was Courtney or Constance (forgive me if I got the name wrong). She was a gem to speak with and listened to my needs.
