"I am floored by the service I just received from Done Right Today. My last experience with a plumber was many years ago and I remember being seriously unhappy about it. Ryan communicated with me shortly following my request. Showed up at my house 45 minutes later, coordinated with the water company, repaired my leak and had the water back on in under 3 hours! But wait, there's more! He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and explained all the work he did. But wait, there's one more thing. This all happened on a Saturday afternoon, just an hour after I discovered the leak and began to dread what it would cost me to have a plumber come out and repair the pipe. I can tell you, I'm delighted to pay for this repair. I can't recommend them enough! Great job!"

"Horizon delivered exceptional customer service from beginning to end. Our furnace stopped working @ 5am on a Sunday morning. Tech was here at 10 am as promised, found the problem and ordered the part required. Monday was a holiday. Part arrived Tuesday, Horizon called me and same tech returned to install the part and complete the repair. VERY Professional in all aspects. "Had my annual service today.  Went well no complaints. 
Poor guy walked into a buzz saw when he told me my Calvert Warranty was done and would not be honored, under new ownership of One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning.
Bought the a Trane Gas Furnace and AC in 2012.  Signed up for their Diamond Club (for new installs only), which at $20.95 month, gave me a 15 year parts and labor warranty.  "All covered, piece of mind, buy your system from us and maintain your service plan." 
Now that they have "merged" with One Hour, the service tech is telling me I have to change my plan to a $26.99/mo. plan that gives me $500 per incident  credit up to $2000/yr.  So I lose my 15 year  parts and labor warranty, and when my blower warranty goes after year 5 under Trane's warranty, anything over $500 I have to pay.
The rub is that I went with them and they sold me on this protection.  It was 3 years better than Horizon's, and they touted that.  So while Calvert names still exists, they should honor their agreements.

They are really good. I had four guys out here for, like three days. They put in a great heat pump real easily. Not only did they put in a new furnace, but the ducting that was in here at the house was, like, 30 years old so they tore it out and re-did it with custom ducting made out of big sheets of metal. They only charged me $3,000 for the furnace. I am glad I did because it has made a huge difference in the air quality here. They came out yesterday. They said they would be back for the winter servicing. I have an oil backup so they were out for a number of hours yesterday. They will service it for the next 10 years and it is under warranty for 10 years too. They are great guys. Frank Ford is the owner of it. He and his guys do excellent work and really care. Their prices are as good as anybody. The price depends on what unit you get so it is hard to say. These guys are terrific. I would say if you needed a new heat pump or furnace they should be number one on your list.

"I have a maintenance contract. Today Fabian came out. He was very thorough. He spent two hours at my condo performing all kinds of tests. Before he left he went over things I could do to get better performance from my heater. I appreciate the fact that he did not try to pressure me into picking something. He emailed me (while in the truck) options and also explained different ways to pay for it. He noticed the oxygen in my home. My husband had CHF and COPD so I was specifically interested in the ways I can help his breathing better. I believe in todayâ s environment itâ s difficult for companies to get really good employees. This young man , 20, had a great work ethic and a bright future. Very pleased with the service I have received. Thank you Harris."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
