They arrived quickly after the pipe was fixed by our plumber, demoed, and dried out the areas, even handled packing out our furniture and placing carefully in a pod storage while the work was being done. They did mold testing and made sure everything was safe, the best part was that they dealt with the insurance and we didn’t have to do anything."

"AGS was fantastic to work with, from Todd, the salesperson who came to my house, all the way to Luke who delivered a sink grid to replace the incorrect one I originally received. I had contacts with so many of the employees of AGS (Baris, Oscar, Baran, Tiffany, and more whose names I don’t remember) and each one was thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Their customer service is top-notch. I had a few minor glitches that were attended to immediately (e.g., the sink grid). I went to the showroom so I could actually pick out my granite stone. "We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

They arrived on time, efficiently and accurately performed the service.  Help us explain, first hand, how to use the new washer to our elderly Aunt and were extremely courteous.
The work was performed expertly and the cost was very reasonable.  it was a very pleasant experience.

From the office arranging the service call (next day) to the service technicians (on time), they were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. As with all service calls to a house, it helped that I gave the office detailed information about the trouble and the type of unit (serial numbers, etc.) to be repaired, so the technicians knew right away about the diagnosis and solution. "Noticing some water leaking out of the cold water handle for my shower,  I attempted to remove the handle and check for problems myself. Of course, the screw that held it on got stripped in the process. Knowing my luck with do it yourself repairs, I stopped there. about 10 seconds into the repair, and started calling different plumbers in the area. Murphy's was the only one able to respond that day. I called at 12 and their tech was at my home within a few hours. After I said I really hoped to get it all fixed and squared away before my wife came home to this mess and got mad at me, the receptionist took pity on me and got me on the schedule for that afternoon.
The repair tech arrived a little after 4. After explaining the problem to him we agreed he'd replace both the cold and hot water valves and also replace the shutoff valves under the kitchen sink, which hadn't been working well for awhile. Things that prolonged and complicated the job were that I really did strip the h*** out of that screw, and that my hot and cold water were embedded in the cement backing for the tile. This meant some of the material would have to be chipped away to remove and replace the faulty parts. The tech never lost a beat and seemed totally confident  about his ability to get the job done.
I was nervous about damaged tile, the stubborn screw, collateral damage, or other complications. But he got the job done in a timely fashion and left the rest of my bathroom just like he found it. He drilled the screw for the faucet handle out and chipped away enough cement to work on the faucets without damaging or disturbing anything else. He was courteous, professional, personable, and efficient. The price was a tad high at just over 600 dollars for two shower valves and two sink shutoff valves. But I also know I got excellent service on 4 hours notice that stretched past normal business hours from what appears to be a reputable and well established business. That doesn't come cheap so I can't complain too much.
I was happy with my repairs and absolutely will call on Murphy's to handle my plumbing needs again in the future.
