"Mr. Ward arrived punctually on November 26. The hole through the concrete basement floor was carefully drilled. With professional equipment to pick it up, gravel was excavated from beneath the floor to create adequate airspace to allow maximum suction. PVC tubing was installed. Hole through exterior brick wall to outside of home drilled perfectly. Because everything worked so well, a smaller exhaust fan that used less electricity easily handled the job. Mr. Ward was very understanding, listened to all my concerns. He assured me that if this system for some reason did not bring the readings down he would run a back up system at small additional charge. However it wasn't needed. Independent tests I ran later showed his system solved our home's radon problem. Work includes 5 year warranty. Installation, partially concealed by overhead ceiling joists, is clean looking and very professional. Outside looks good also. Work done at very reasonable cost. Pleasant and enjoyable experience. I fully recommend Mr. Ward to anyone needing radon mitigation work on their home. <br />"
