"I noticed that there was no hot water coming out of the sink when I turned on the spigot, only cold. I went to the basement and saw that there was water leaking from the top of the hot water tank and spilling down the side onto the floor. This was a weekend. I called KC Plumbing and he came out to inspect. Thankfully, he found out that the tank was still under warranty with the manufacturer. Since we still had water (cold) it wasn't an extreme emergency so he was able to fit us into his schedule on the the upcoming Tuesday. The work was done efficiently, economically and completed in 1 day which was great. This is the 2nd time we have used this company.
