Get matched with top water heater repair or service pros in New Hill, NC

"Removed old hot water tank and replaced it with a tankless hot water heater. Work was done in crawl space with less than six feet height available in work area. All done in a few hours last September. It's now the following August (11 months or so later). Everything seems to be working okay. Workmen were polite, professional, timely, focused on the job, carried away all the old parts and cleaned up well---we were quite pleased with the whole process."

"Excellent job. Lighting and indoor service much more efficient and reliable."

"Very responsive and professional. They were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions while I was researching plumbers and the best way to approach my hot water tank replacement. Given their great service and the quality of their work, I thought their pricing was competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again."

"Love working with ThermoDirect! I’ve currently used several of their services (electrical, plumbing, HVAC.) Each time, the individuals were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Will always go to them first for my house needs"

"My 20 year old gas tank water heater needed replacing. They installed a new tankless water heater and removed the old tank. We are very happy with the results."

"Yellow Dot's service is always 5 stars! Timely communication, expert technicians, and good advice."

"I was having issues with my gas hot water heater not staying lit. Josh worked hard on the problem all day and tried a number of parts. Unfortunately none of the parts he had worked, calling the manufacturer of my hot water heater he was able to track down the correct part. He was not able to finish the repair that day due to the part being ordered. I was kept up to date by Michelle and she called everyday to update me on the status of the part. Once the part came in Josh came back and installed the new part along with cleaning up the burner and vents. He was able to get it lit and stuck around to make sure it stayed on. He let me know how to keep the area clean so it would stay lit. I just felt like this was great customer service and would call JD Service again for any plumbing or heating issues."

"Edwin came over straight away and fixed my water heater in the same afternoon"

"Chance was punctual, courteous and completed the repair quickly."
