All done in a few hours last September. It's now the following August (11 months or so later). Everything seems to be working okay. "There were no techs available so they sent the tech supervisor, which we only learned was the case when he struggled mightily to get the water turned off. That on its own was understandable, but he also left a trail of leaf bits throughout the house where he worked (three bathrooms and the paths to each). When he started the job he wore booties in the house, but clearly he gave up on them at some point during his efforts to shut off the water and, as a result, made a mess of our carpets and bath mats the likes of which no other Angi-recommended service provider has in all our years using Angi. The service provided was, in the end, successful, but the mess left behind left a bad taste in our mouths."
