Please ignore that and give them a call for any roofing needs. This time, I worked with Jared, Pat's son. He was equally as, if not more, pleasant, fair, and super easy to work with. He responded in a very timely manner, set very realistic expectations for getting work done, and worked closely with us to make sure our heated driveway didn't get damaged from all the work. We never felt like he was price-gouging or trying to take advantage of us at all. Work was completed in a very timely and professional manner, and all the workers were very pleasant and professional. I would not hesitate to call Apex again for any issues with our roof, as I found them incredibly competitive and I love supporting local businesses. "I had GoTo Roofing save an old barn. They replaced rotting roof-beams, replaced all of the decking, shingled the entire roof and added gutters. The crew was very polite and worked very hard, putting in long hours to get the job done quickly. The work was done well as was the clean up. The owner, Scott Guthrie walked me through the job and displayed great knowledge. It was a great experience, and I would heartily recommend them for your next job."

"Overpriced, way too many money mistakes. The crew tried to hide damage. Even though they claim a project mgr., I was told by many, "not my responsibility". When the finally came to correct an " oversight", I had to supplied both the paint and the BRUSH... and they left me to clean the brush. They quoted me (and charged me) for items they did not deliver. I had to work to get a refund. They left more than 100 nails on my neighbor's property. Do yourself a favor-get a cheaper source. You might have the same issues but at least you aren't paying a premium for them."

"Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly service. We told them we had a leak. They came out, inspected and gave us a reasonable quote. Since it was going to rain before they could get to the job they came out and patched all the holes they could and covered areas that needed covering. On the day of work they diligently covered everything with tarp around the outside and put protective boards up around the windows. Am I able to complete my small Royal oak bungalow in 3 and 1/2 hours?."

"Kevin was the lead on three people. They checked various holes we thought were from woodpeckers. Turned out there are no holes. An offer to put a shiny object to stop woodpeckers was made and still to be done. They also put new wood along the top of two window boxes we have. They were knowledgeable and efficient. I was kept informed of when they woould be here since we were having rain many days."

"From start to finish these guys have been great. I don?t normally answer for the door knockers but I did on the day Tristan came by. He was wonderful and we set up the quote for later that night. Zach N. came out for the quote and was professional, patient, informative and very respectful. We ended up going forward with the project with high hopes in place. Cy and Sean came out to do the pre-install measurement confirmation and they were professional and efficient as well. Instal happened a little over two weeks later and was smooth considering Michigan weather. The crew was on time, polite and efficient.
