"The color match to my existing cabinets was great especially the custom aqua/teal color of the china section to another piece of furniture I wanted to use as an accent. The workmanship and quality were amazing and much better than my existing cabinets and the price for building them, delivering them and installing them was $2,000 less expensive than the builder grade cabinets that were installed when I built the home. Eli and Susan were amazing and were a pleasure to work with, including design, measurement and even picking the right hardware. Also the pull out shelves were adjustable and all the doors were all soft close. The drawers were interlocked not stapled together like my existing cabinets... I highly recommend High Point Cabinets and plan on using them again! They even made a special place to put my electronic feeder for the cat and made it possible to still use the outlets that would now be behind the cabinets I added."

"Just want to take a moment and leave a glowing review for Tom and the entire crew at All-Star Custom Kitchens. It took us a long time to find the right contractor. After a number of construction company estimates and meetings with interior designers, we found Tom. He gave us by far our most complete estimate, design, and drawings to help us envision our kitchen, which involved removing an entire wall as well as eliminating an odd half bathroom. This accommodated an almost completely new floor plan which tripled our kitchen size and moved our dining room. I honestly can’t think of any criticisms throughout the whole process. Tom was honest and fair, the project was completed quickly to the highest of standards, and the cabinets we ended up going with are perfect. "Fabulously!! My wife and I have used Patete Kitchen and Bath Design for over 30 years. During that time, we have had two bathrooms and our kitchen completely remodeled. The professionalism and expertise of Patete's work staff is first rate. They are perfectionists when it comes to detail, and they get the job done right....the first and only time. Recently, we noticed that our kitchen refrigerator was getting old and needed to be replaced. The problem was that a shelf in a cabinet that was installed nearly 25 years ago was too low for a new refrigerator that we wanted to buy to replace our old refrigerator. We called Patete, explained the problem, and within a short period of time, Wayne came out to look at the cabinet to see if it could be modified to enable a new, taller refrigerator to fit the space. About a week and a half later Keith came to our home to remove the cabinet and take it back to Patete's cabinet shop to be modified. In fact, when we saw Keith, he remembered working on our kitchen all those years ago. A few weeks later, I again spoke with Wayne, and he told me that the cabinet modification was complete and that Keith would contact us and reinstall the cabinet. Sure enough, on schedule, Keith arrived and within an hour, he installed the new, modified cabinet, and it was a perfect fit above our new refrigerator. Both Wayne and Keith have been members of the Patete team of craft experts for decades, and their wealth of experience showed on this job. Hats off to Steve Erenrich for his help in making the purchase and installation of our new refrigerator a reality and a pleasant experience."

"Erik was hired to install IKEA cabinets in our home for a full kitchen renovation. I felt confident in assembling the cabinets and finishing them (doors, hardware, drawers, toe kicks, etc) but we wanted a professional to make sure the cabinets were hung level, plumb, and square. From our first conversation it was obvious that Erik is an expert in all things IKEA. He provided some guidance and changes to our design to make some subtle improvements that would not have been obvious to us. He also immediately identified a critical flaw in our design that would have greatly impacted the final outcome but luckily we had enough time to get the proper replaced item. Communication with Erik was decent but be prepared for patience with emails and texts. Phone calls seemed to be most effective. Also be prepared to be patient for his schedule. Despite our efforts to plan ahead and get on “his radar” back in July, it still took several rounds of calls and discussions to finally get a week nailed down and the arrival day wasn’t determined until the week-of. You will need to be flexible. The installation was very fast - he had all of the work completed in one day. He is also very precise and detailed. He took time to show me how cabinets were anchored to the wall, that cabinets were level and prepped for the countertop template. He also cleaned up nicely, was courteous in our home and has a professional demeanor. The installation wasn’t without issue though. He accidentally stepped on a weak piece of our corner cabinet and broke it. His solution was to “sister” a piece below it. I was told it wouldn’t affect the countertops as this had no load bearing properties and it won’t be visible once countertops are installed. I believe that he is correct, and accidents happen, but it was disappointing as mishaps was something I wanted to avoid and large reason why we elected to hire someone rather than do the installation ourselves. No adjustment was made to the agreed upon price to account for the broken cabinet which I felt would have been the appropriate thing to do even it was a minor reduction. Overall, I would hire Erik again and be better prepared to be patient and clearly a communicate my expectations. He is precise, detailed, and very knowledgeable on IKEA systems. His involvement resulted in a nice overall outcome."
