"Ryan came out right on time. He is so friendly and competent. He fully inspected our very high chimney and came back with some excellent suggestions for how we could save our fireplace and continue to use it with wood or gas, in addition to fixing our leaking chimney. He had a bid to us very soon. We signed and he ordered the specialize cap. As soon as it came in, he scheduled our installation. It just happened to fall on the hottest day of the year. Our old chimney cap had been sealed and resealed many times, so it was hard to get off, but Ryan persevered with a cheerful attitude. Soon it was off and our beautiful new cap was installed. Then he finished repairing and resurfacing our fireplace. The work was immaculately done. When it was over, he informed me that he had reduce our bill below what he bid it because he did not have to spend as much time on our firebox as he had thought. When does this ever happen? What a guy. This is the best experience I have ever had with a contractor (and I am 62 and have owned about a dozen homes)."

Contractor installed the chimney cap that looked questionable, cheap, and came in a store box (not custom). Easter Sweeps verified it was not installed incorrectly, not to code, and just covered one flue not all 3 chimney flues. Our suspicions were verified by Easter Sweeps. "I booked them on the day after Christmas. We recently bought a new home with a wood burning fireplace and I wanted to make sure that everything was in order in the chimney as we started using it. Two guys came on site, they were professional and did a good job. The price was great. $105 for the cleaning. I recently had my chimney cap fly off during the high winds at the end of February. "They were very punctual and initially they sent two persons out. They inspected the roof, looked at the chimney and the interior where the leak was coming in.   They determined that we needed piece to redirect the water. They set the appointment right away and were out in a couple of days. They only thing I would say was we signed up for an additional plan for roofing maintenance for removing pine cones and needle along with cleaning our gutters. I have not seen them yet."
