"Arrived on day expected at the approximate time. The two person team began work about 9:30 am and worked straight through until 2:30 pm at which time the team was prepared to blow in insulation. However, insulation machine was not operating properly.  They scheduled to come back the next day to complete job.  I inspected work and found a few items they did not foam insulate so made a list so when they came back the next day they checked and completed foam insulation of the rest of the items and then blew in the insulation.  Management called and scheduled to come out and inspect work for proper performance.  Management showed up on site as scheduled and verified work was done as invoiced and my spouse paid the balance for the work.

We expect to achieve energy savings as a result of the work done and will monitor the energy bills over the next year and compare to previous to see actual savings.


Management appears concerned about quality of their work and reputation.  Would recommend to others."

"During the initial appointment, the sales rep was a little too much over-the-top on the sales pitch, considering this was the first company we tried to get an estimate with. But I guess that is how construction sales are supposed to go. However, they made an offer we could not refuse and the quality of the product was highly desired. Scheduling the work was easy and fast. The roof and gutter replacement was done on 2 separate days. Friendly workers. One of the workers accidentally broke our lamppost light with a shingle, but I was able to find a replacement and get reimbursed very promptly. Overall, very impressed with the work. "I have never had gutters on my home, so when Gutter Guys visited to do an estimate, they needed to look at the entire home, front and back. They gave me several options including only having the front of the home done, or having the entire house done in normal gutters. They also gave me prices for the cadillac of gutters which has the "GutterGard" which leaves no need for cleaning out the gutters. The idea of climbing a ladder a couple times a year was not inviting, and once they shared a payment plan with me, I was sold. They did the estimate and came back on the day they promised and on time. The work was done quickly, but very efficiently. They showed me what they were doing and how the installation would be done. Once finished they cleaned all their mess up and left me with great looking gutters! I would highly recommend the Gutter Guys!
