T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. "Since 2013, my wife and I have relied on Chuck and Shawn (Centerline) for all manner of projects at our historic home. Chuck and his crew are great, and Chuck does awesome work. He is a master in construction, a master tradesman – and a great diagnostician giving us insight into many house-related problems. Centerline made structural repairs to our 2-car garage and installed a new roof to match the house, repaired custom wooden gutters damaged by snow and ice (saving us thousands), and transformed our 1,000-foot stone patio where the stone floor had buckled and was draining water towards the house. (Chuck told us the wrong setting material, yellow sand, had been used initially.) He excavated the area and re-set the large stones in new stone dust, the patio now drains rain away from the house and has become our favorite place! Inside, Chuck installed new tile on our backsplash and replaced tired laminate counters with Corian on our cherry cabinets. The kitchen is now fresh and new, yet still appropriate for our historic home. Chuck's knowledge and workmanship are impressive. Centerline's customer-service is excellent."
