"The water heater instillation went well. When the plumber left, I noticed that the diverter valve was still leaking. I called and was told that it would need additional work. The plumber didn't say anything about it before he left. I asked for a quote on getting that work done and was told she would get back to me. "Bought a house which had been vacant for an extended period.  County required Gas line inspection.  Inspection revealed several leaks in the gas line.  Removed old gas line and installed completely new line to all three outlets. Required several inspections by public works and Jim took care of scheduling, permits and everything.
 Water heater turned out to be rusted out too, so had it replaced also.  
Jim and his crew were extremely professional and easy to work with.  He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything.  Always on time and followed up after each visit to make sure we were pleased. Even came in on a Saturday at no extra charge to install the new water heater.
