"Our project was the removal of a large Kohler walk-in handicapped bath tub and replacing it with a custom designed shower. Timothy Baker, the installer, could not have been better in any way. Tim was completely professional and dedicated, even staying very late the last evening to complete the job. A significant bonus to this project is knowing that we have lifetime warranty on the shower, even transferable to a subsequent home owner. We can also schedule routine inspections which I plan to do starting next year. We truly appreciate ImproveIt and their superb customer service and follow-up post installation."

"Home improvement can be nerve-wracking. Ruiz Enterprises made it GREAT! Mollie and Catalino and their BIG team of pros were responsive to text and phone, clear with timelines and amazingly affordable. They handled a primary bedroom redesign from demo to paint and a kitchen upgrade, installing a downdraft and induction cooktop. When I threw in 2 extra tasks-- a small flooring repair and a ceiling repair I had forgotten about--they gracefully accepted the work and seemed genuinely happy to add them into the schedule. Catalino and Mollie really cared about our satisfaction and comfort througout the process! The price reflected in this review does not include the cost of the flooring or paint or flooring finish oils, which we chose to purchase on our own. I loved that Mollie offered that option from the get go. It allows you be more or less hands-on, according to your own comfort level."

""Bundling" a review for 3 jobs from January 2016 through March 2017. After a neighbor recommended another plumber to address a few minor problems, we found McCoy and are glad we did. While our "recommended" plumber indicated our low pressure was due to issues with our water supply line (since our PRV was open all the way), McCoy correctly diagnosed the problem as just the opposite - the valve was fully CLOSED. Our McCoy tech adjusted our pressure to increase flow while minimizing pipe noise in conjunction with a swap of three builder Delta showerheads for new Speakman heads. Late last year, Josh installed a new condensate drain through a wall in a bonus room to our vent stack to accommodate permanent installation of a dehumidifier. Scott (the owner) provided the quote and was involved in the design, and the solution is working perfectly 6 months later. Keep in mind that you are paying for high-quality, well-trained plumbers, so a service call to clear slow drains may not be the best use of their time or your $! In retrospect, $155 to clear two slow drains was a job better suited to my own or a handyman's abilities and pay scale!"

"Whirl pool correction We will remove panels to access whirlpool underneath so we can remove wood wedges and install a wood frame around the base for pouring concrete in to underneath the whirlpool to support fiberglass floor. Right front leg has no support underneath it and floor will be repaired in order to support it. We will remove old caulk and re-caulk between whirlpool and tile. Panels will be put back. We cannot warrantee this tub because it was originally installed incorrectly and cannot be corrected."

"JEveryone at this business is wonderful to work with, from first stepping into the showroom and meeting with Noel, through follow-up after the install.   The templating and fabricating were flawless. The sink order coming in on time was the only glitch in the process, but it was a manufacturer's issue, and Jeff went above and beyond to get us one so that there were no delays. Jeff was always responsive in following up with any questions I had.  I would highly recommend them to anyone.
