"Josh did an excellent job installing 2 new toilets in our home. He was very courteous and took great care while working in the house removing the old toilets, one upstairs and one on the main floor, crossing over hard wood floors and carpet as he did his work. He even left his shoes on the front door mat without being asked! Josh hauled away the old toilets and even took with him the cardboard boxes and packing materials the new toilets came in. "We used Pro Plumbing twice, once for service and a second time to replace my water heater. Both times they were prompt and professional. The service fee for just coming out to troubleshoot was inexpensive, which was greatly appreciated. For the installation of my water heater, their rates were competitive with other plumbers in the area. The service tech (Fletcher) was knowledgeable and explained everything in detailed. He was also patient while I asked him loads of questions, and he offered me lots of options for units and how he could install them to fit our tight closet. Everything seems to be working great (it has been about 6 weeks)! I would definitely hire them again."

"Whirl pool correction We will remove panels to access whirlpool underneath so we can remove wood wedges and install a wood frame around the base for pouring concrete in to underneath the whirlpool to support fiberglass floor. Right front leg has no support underneath it and floor will be repaired in order to support it. We will remove old caulk and re-caulk between whirlpool and tile. Panels will be put back. We cannot warrantee this tub because it was originally installed incorrectly and cannot be corrected."
