Tim was completely professional and dedicated, even staying very late the last evening to complete the job. Mollie and Catalino and their BIG team of pros were responsive to text and phone, clear with timelines and amazingly affordable. They handled a primary bedroom redesign from demo to paint and a kitchen upgrade, installing a downdraft and induction cooktop. When I threw in 2 extra tasks-- a small flooring repair and a ceiling repair I had forgotten about--they gracefully accepted the work and seemed genuinely happy to add them into the schedule. "Josh did an excellent job installing 2 new toilets in our home. He was very courteous and took great care while working in the house removing the old toilets, one upstairs and one on the main floor, crossing over hard wood floors and carpet as he did his work. He even left his shoes on the front door mat without being asked! Josh hauled away the old toilets and even took with him the cardboard boxes and packing materials the new toilets came in. Toilets work perfectly and we are extremely pleased with the work performed. We highly recommend McCoy Plumbing."
