"It went great, this is a unique service, for DIY-ers. My electric dryer wouldn’t heat, so I went on line and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. I also watched several how to videos, but none of them matched my dryer. Finally went on Angie’s list and it matched me up with Tin Lizzee which is a chat service to help you through your repair. The technician I talked with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I did get stuck during the repair and they called me on my cell and talked me through what I needed to do. I know I saved a lot of money by not having an appliance repair person come to my house with the mark up on parts and labor rates per hour I believe I saved at least half of the cost, if not more from ordering on line and chatting and talking to the Tin Lizzee technician, it was $30 well spent."

"I had put in a new ceiling light in my pantry and couldn't get it to work. I thought I had tried every possible trouble shooting possiblity and finally broke down and called Beech Grove Electric. The man I spoke to was very nice and professional. He and his assistant came out the next morning and were right on time. As it turns out I was trying to use a burned out light bulb (DUH!!!). I felt really stupid but they told me that I wasn't the first person to make that mistake. They offered to check any other electrical issues I might be having.The bathroom fan hadn't been working so they took it apart, cleaned it and tested it. They told me it was not worth repairing and I should just buy a replacement fan at a store like Lowe's and that I could easily install it myself. I did just that and it works great! If I ever need an electrician I will be sure to call them again."

"Steve, Nick and Joe arrived on time and per schedule. They moved the beds for me (the only furniture I couldn't move myself) and got straight to work. They were extremely polite and pleasant to work with. They had great attention to detail and were very organized and efficient. The floors look absolutely wonderful. I was so impressed with the job they did that I asked them to go ahead and put down vinyl plank in the connecting hallway. The whole job was very well done - couldn't have asked for better service. He had pictures of the washer and dryer on the internet, and when I called, he explained that he checks out all of the machines that he sells and completely refurbishes them before selling them. When he arrived with the washer and dryer, I was even more impressed. They were so nice (they look like they've barely been used) and they both work great. Plus, the price was hard to beat.
