It was a Friday evening and we called two companies, one of which wasn't available, and the other which came and gave a diagnosis. The diagnosis was to replace both the inside and outside units, costing well over $12,000, and we were left to have someone call us on Monday to order parts and to (hopefully) have repaired on Tuesday. This would have left our family with 5 young children in a home with zero heat and sub-zero temps over a 4-day period. "John and his crew are very efficient, courteous, and easy to work with.  If you are looking for someone to get a lot of things done in a timely manner...then he's your guy. They came in like gang-busters and had everything done on our list within a day and a half. Overall we are very pleased with the results.  However, he did have to come back and finish repair on a storm door.  This visit seemed hurried.  It looked fixed when he left but still does not close properly. That is the only disappointment we have.
