"I’m back again to write another stellar review for GAC. Last year they replaced our HVAC system; this year we circled back and had them install a home generator. This was a long and drawn out process due to the various approvals needed from Montgomery County as well as coordination with Washington Gas (which ended up not just being a simple sign off but necessitating an additional, expensive upgrade to the gas line from the street to our home). Nevertheless, GAC did a fantastic job shepherding this process over the 6+ months of waiting on stakeholders, and they were also maximally accommodating to our family’s significant constraints on time and availability (due to health concerns related to a medically fragile family member). A special kudos to Sandy M, GAC’s master electrician, who took it on personally to ensure we were taken care of all throughout this process, going above and beyond with phone calls, text messages, personal visits, etc. on behalf of my family, I want to thank GAC and am giving top marks across the board for this effort which was complex , lengthy, and ultimately successful."

"Showed up late, didn't install the bathroom fan as the manufacturer recommended (pic, fan5), dented the fan grille (pic, fan1). It was installed without the supplied support rails because he claimed he couldn't get in the attic. Now sure how I got the photos, then... The vent hose was kinked in the attic and hardly any air came out of the soffit, so I had to go into the attic to correct it. That's when I took the photos. Didn't give a price up front because apparently a bath fan with bluetooth speakers isn't in whatever book they price from. Not in the book? Overcharge. Generally very unhappy with the whole experience and will be looking elsewhere in the future. Not sure how when the customer supplies EVERYTHING but a romex clamp someone can charge so much. Absolutely unacceptable. $465 to have someone dent my fan, install it incorrectly, and throw out the parts that weren't used. Like the battery to the manufacturer supplied remote and the joist supports. I'm leaving the cost of service as originally quoted because it was only lowered to $465 after I complained about being ripped off."

"Weather masters corporation installed a central AC unit, a complete HVAC system. The company is by far the best in the Washington metropolitan area. One of their customer relation person known as Adam Shapiro first came and assess the project and then brought two of his team members who are very experienced about Airconditioner installation. The two gentlemen were very professional , punctual and very fast. How they were able to fit in the Air handler into a narrow cubicle space surprised me. Also, their price is more reasonable compared to others. This is a company that gives you the reassurance that they will always be there if there is any problem which I am very confident there will not be any issues. I am so glad I made the decision to have them install my AC, HVAC is not the kind of project you will ask any kind of engineer or technician to install. I will recommend weather masters to anyone who needs AC installation."

"I had a gas leak issue and it was later identified that leak was on the outside of my house and Washington gas company fixed it. In the meantime I had approached Michael Bonsby to come and check if there are any issues inside my house. The contractor showed up and said that there is no issue with the HVAC and the pipes that are connected to the HVAC. He was suggesting that if there is a leak in the pipes that are inside the drywall, I have to contact a plumber. I wish the contracting company advised me that I may need a plumber in case the leak is in the pipes inside the drywall."

"Everything went great. My AC died and it was close to 20 years old so I wanted the whole unit replaced. I have 4 young kids so no AC in the summer was not a pleasant option. The owner came out on site the day we called and was able to have the new unit installed the next day. I have dealt with many HVAC companies in the past as an Insurance Adjuster. These guys exceeded my expectations and were very reasonable on price. I highly recommend using Buric Heating and Air Conditioning!"

"I had the best experience with Hecomo Heating & Cooling. My house's AC/heating system stopped working all of the sudden and the temperatures at the time were 90 degrees and up. I was desperate looking into many different companies. Many of them, came over to my house and did estimates at ridiculously high prices. Luckily, I found Hecomo. They came to my house, did an estimate and were ready to install my AC/heating unit very quickly and at a good price. Also, the customer service was great. "Josh and his crew were professional, on time and explained the install throughly. Josh installed a wall charger for my electric vehicle, disconnect shut off switch in the garage, ran cabling from a new 60amp circuit, additional receptacles in the garage I asked for, whole house surge protector, and more. It was a big job! The best part is my kids were still able to distance learn in the bedrooms without interruption of power while install occurred. Josh answered questions I had even after the job was complete over his personal cell phone when I followed up with a call. This makes for great customer service! Iâ ll definitely be using Wenbrooke for more services in the future. Nice work gentlemen!"

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review.
