"When we explained to Nicky that we had to turn off the water to the entire house, she was able to get a plumber out to the house that afternoon. Our serviceman was Aaron. He was on time, courteous, knowlegeable and quick. He replaced the two turn off valves under the kitchen sink and also installed the new faucet and sprayer we had purchased. We were very pleased with his work and the attention to our emergency by the office staff. Our kitchen water supply was returned to normal very promptly. Aaron left the worksite clean and neat. "1) The job required Mr Rooter to dig a large hole in my front yard to put in what they called a "Clean out". They had to use a large excavator to dig and refill the hole. The excavator left large ruts i my lawn that were not repaired. 2) The job required Mr Rooter to dig out and replace the cast iron sewer pipes in my basement. The concrete floor had to be busted out and replaced. The concrete repair job was poor quality. I had to call them back to feather/smooth around the rough edges of the fresh concrete. Overall the floor is still rough."

"The installation technicians did an amazing job. I had them replace my toilet with one that was very difficult to install. It sat close to the wall with two inches available to insert your arm and reach in to install / tighten the bolt. I have no idea how the technician contorted his arm to install the bolts. The two technicians were very polite and professional. The communicated their arrival time and explained what they needed to achieve the impossible task. I would strongly recommend them and will be requesting their service in the future."

"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way.
