"The windows are a great product. They look nice, easy to open and close, easy to clean from the inside. They are a very good sound barrier -- my house is much quieter now. I am looking forward to a break on my energy bill, too. The installation was superbly done -- within 3 hours. They send enough people to knock a whole house out in a short amount of time. After ordering the windows, they did take 10 weeks to come in. But the company did let me know to expect this. My one issue with them was that after the installation every pane of every window had noticeable splotches on it. I cleaned one window and the sliding door myself but the spotches were hard to get off and so it took forever. I called the company and they sent out a technician. The splotches turned out to be the glue that is used to seat the panes in the window frames, and they are not sure how it got on the windows. The first technician had to leave after cleaning 6 windows, and the company sent another technician out to finish cleaning the other 9. So the company was responsive and addressed the issue, with friendly and well-organized customer service; it's just someone needs to figure out how the manufacturing process allows the glue to get onto the windows."

He do not call to say if he is going to be running late, or he is not going to make it to the job at all. Make sure you watch him not walk out of your house with the material and tools that you purchased with your money, because he will take and keep the materials without asking. He washed the grout from the backsplash inside my brand new black kitchen sink without my permission, and now it has a white haze to it now.
